May 3, 2017 at 4:50 pm in reply to: WP Sidebar on product page appearnig at bottom rather than right side #787240In fact, I’d be happy just to eliminate the sidebar on the product pages altogether. How can I do that in Advanced Layout Builder?
May 3, 2017 at 4:46 pm in reply to: WP Sidebar on product page appearnig at bottom rather than right side #787238Part of the problem may be that I get this message: Please note that the Advanced Layout Builder for products will not work with all WooCommerce Extensions. I don’t believe I’ve run into this previously.
Actually, this is the picture I entered. It appears correctly on the Main page (http://christophermatthewspub.com/yankees-something/) but is comeing up incorrectly on the two product pages ( (http://christophermatthewspub.com/product/yankees-something-paperback/ and http://christophermatthewspub.com/product/yankees-something-ebook/ ). I’ve not experienced this problem before. Why is it being cut in half?

You can see the left half of the book is cut off.
AWESOME! Thanks!!!

Looks like they may be ok now, though their resolution is poor.
Looks like it might have worked on second try. Will let you know. Thx.
I tried the fix, but I don’t think it took. Here is a sample page with the foreshortened product images of the first three books: Coyote Point, Snap and Thalamus: http://christophermatthewspub.com/product/frankie-funder-by-patrick-e-douglas-paperback/.
Hey, Webguy, Did this work for you. Like you, I am not into resizing images and loading up my library with tons of duplicates.

I’m no longer worried about the slider.
I don’t know how to attach a screenshot to this message.
The problem is that the image adjustment is not working for the image. It works in the edit mode, but once the page is saved, the image appears as the original unedited size.
This reply has been marked as private. Thanks, Ismael. That helped, however, I used to be able to customize the sizes. The square thumbnails don’t work for our book shots which need to be 95×123. We used to be able to do that in ADVANCED SETTINGS, but that no longer works.
Did you get the right page? It was on private for awhile.
The images are in the author tabs and the review tabs on all book pages. Example:http://christophermatthewspub.com/country/
They are showing up full size rather than the reduced size I indicated in the advanced image adjustment Love this theme though. It was the theme version that was the problem. Thanks. Resolved
I reloaded Woo Commerce, and the slider is still not working. Sorry, but I’m not sure what you mean when you say ” or the sever blocks the access to it.” What might the server be blocking access to?
Also, can you please make sure that the correct Enfold version number shows up? Although I uploaded version 2.0.1 it is still showing as 1.7,
I have tried all that several times, and it’s still not working.
I really love the features and flexibility of Enfold, well done!, However, this slider issue is a real problem for my business. The slider is very important, and we are going live this weekend. Arggh!
i THOUGHT i HAD THE 2.0.1 VERSION ON, BUT THE SLIDER IS STILL NOT WORKING ON CMP.CHRISTOPHERMATTHEWSPUB.COM
It appears alright in IE browser, but not Google Chrome.
I’m having the same problem. We have 6 images loaded, but only the first 2 will show up. The pointer bars don’t work and the images don’t fade. It was working a week ago, but now, nope.
