I can remove pages but I can’t add pages. When I add a page it doesn’t actually show up on the site.

Actually, I did figure out how to get rid of pages. But I am not able to add them.

I have 67 pages and when I delete them to the trash they are still there. I can’t add pages to the menu.

What are the FTP credentials? Is that through the host site?
