Hey Jordan, I deactivated all the plugins and found out events made easy was causing the issue. It happened with its update to 2.0.13 version.
I’ll try to downgrade it or consider to remove it totally.

SOLVED
If you use custom post types and want them to be recognized by Enfold theme, download Convert Post Types Plugin and convert all the custom post types you have to simple POSTS with different categories (each category with the name of the former custom post type).
There you go.

Thank you Victoria. The post says I cannot use them in the slider. It’s ok. But can I use them in the other ways posts are recalled in the theme?
I mean, if I want to show them on the home page like a thumbnail gallery or list, how am I supposed to do that?
