Howdy Yigit,
Works a treat, thank you!

Hi Elliott,
That would be the cause. Enfold version 3.0.5 does not work with WooCommerce 2.0.20.
Also ” Completely delete Enfold from your WordPress theme directory before downloading” is a little dangerous, especially if a user has added in customisations.
At least we know the cause now, thanks!

May I suggest a warning for other users so that they don’t run into the same issue (as updating is not always a quick option).

Love the theme! And will use for two other sites as well.

Not really I’m afraid because of the data we have in the site and the lack of capability options to narrow down access just to that plugin.
Hence the inclusion of the Skype ID as this can be run here easily.

For you absolutely :)
I’ll create them now for the enfold theme folder and post them as a private reply.
Do note that we do have caching enabled and that’s likely to cause issues after making the edits. I’ll also include my Skype ID if that helps (and no I won’t harass you with a squillion questions, we just want the top menu to work as cool as it does on the majority of pages).

January 18, 2015 at 10:54 am in reply to: Mega Menu Width Issues on Certain Pages (not fixed) #381423Hi Ismael,
I’ve tried completely disabling the cache plugin temporarily (which does have a minify option) and the same thing happens. I’m not willing to disable all the plugins, the site is a busy site.

Is there any update to this? Can you tell us which file that we need to check on?
Our site is still broken :(

Can you define “Code is not being applied” so we can look into it here.
Is it a specific file? If so which one?

Also I’m not sure which web browser you used, however here is a screenshot of Internet Explorer, FireFox, Safari & Chrome all displaying the same issue clearly indicated with the red arrow:

January 15, 2015 at 11:40 am in reply to: Mega Menu Width Issues on Certain Pages (not fixed) #379960Also note, this ticket is set to “be notified of replies” and no replies are coming in via email (did check spam as well just incase), also after making a post, I’m redirected to a blank page.
Anyway….! The top Mega Menu isn’t working still and I also checked against the latest version of the theme to make sure we are on the very latest version too.

January 15, 2015 at 11:37 am in reply to: Mega Menu Width Issues on Certain Pages (not fixed) #379959Howdy Ismael,
See the example page provided here http://understandinge.com/meet-the-team/
We are using a cache plugin, W3Cache and yes the caches have been cleared. If it was cache plugin related (for example minify) then it would be affecting all pages, not just specific pages like the example above.

January 14, 2015 at 7:44 pm in reply to: Mega Menu Width Issues on Certain Pages (not fixed) #379702Hi Yigit,
That doesn’t really work.
The menu widths are being auto calculated and that forces the widths to incorrect sizes.
Matt
Hi,
Just to add to this, it appears that it’s this CSS that is causing the original issue with the mega menu width on the example page:
#header .nine.units { width: 75px; }
Matt
Removed as fixed this myself

May 18, 2014 at 10:23 am in reply to: Text Editor Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'setContent' of null #266254Howdy,
I used a tool called “beyond compare” to check the updates and differences, it comes with a 30 day trial and works brilliantly.
(because like you, we have made alterations to the enfold theme files in numerous places)

May 13, 2014 at 9:59 am in reply to: Text Editor Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'setContent' of null #263828Ah have it sorted, was a mismatch of files during an upgrade.

Hi Peter,
The function worked brilliantly.
Thank you!
Matt
Hi Yigit,
Oh superb, thank you
Matt
Hi Ismael,
You’ve lost me :) The blog page (link above) comes out automatically using one of four formats which is set in the Enfold admin, I’m curious where these are stored or processed in the theme php so I can alter them?
Matt
Hi Peter,
Fab Idea, just tried that but replies on me actually knowing what the WL member check function is :/
I can’t play piggy in the middle on this one, have a site to launch on the 1st Jan and the editor was the main reason why i chose enfold (along with the theme looking fab!) Will have to go back through ~110 pages and see what I can do to disable the editor and not loose the content in the pages.
Very much appreciate the help.
Matt
Ah ha, so it’s a known problem:
From Wishlist member:
Hi there Matt,
Thanks for your message.
We had a couple of tickets came in a week ago about the same issue.
We investigated the issue and found that when using the “Advance Layout Editor” to insert the content, the filters page_template or single_template are not being initialized. These filters which is standard to WordPress is being used by WishList Member to protect content.
We already sent them (theme developers) an email regarding the issue to see if we can do a workaround to the issue. We’re still waiting for their response.
I’ll let you know as soon as we hear back from them.
Thanks and take care,
Matt
Hi Josue,
Considered that but when you switch between the two modes, Enfold drops the page contents :/
Matt
Hi Josue,
Just had a look and that’s very close (and in my files), but this is for password protected pages.
I’m guessing there is a check prior to this that the builder is missing which WLM uses and that’s the reason why the pages withthe builder being used on are being allowed to pass.
