Thanks, John
The plugin works fine with other themes but not with Enfold.Hello,
I am trying this solution, but once mobile menu is touched, the header width is set to 480px.
Is there a way to fix that?
Thanks!I’m sorry, just found Ismael answer and it works fine!
By the way, aside from excerpt_read_more, what are other options for blog_content?
Thanks for the suggestion, @guenni007
But the problem was with the link inside tab container, as an alternative to tab behavior. Hidden or invisible, I needed something to mimic tab title functionality.
Regards,
Thank you, Vinay!
Yes, the
?iframe=true
did it!By the way, is this option documented? Are there others?
Hi,
I’ve found something at
http://stackoverflow.com/questions/24994235/magnific-popup-open-new-modal-from-existing-modal
but I’m not sure if it is useful in this case.Thanks, Vinay
There’s a working sample info in private content.
Please note the different behavior of links when page is in popup. Besides, now I see that, when popup is reopened, the tab changes, but the ID hash is appended to base page URL, too.
With Magnific Popup parseAjax option, it is possible to load a specific element from target page, but that would exclude its
shortcodes.js
.jQuery(window).load(function() { jQuery('.simple-ajax-popup').magnificPopup({ type: 'ajax', prependTo: '#wrap_all', callbacks: { parseAjax: function(mfpResponse) { mfpResponse.data = jQuery(mfpResponse.data).find('#main') } } }); });
I thank you in advance for any ideas!

Thanks, Yigit
But had this error after editing functions.php.
PHP Fatal error: require(): Failed opening required ‘class-form-generator.php’ (include_path=’.:/opt/plesk/php/5.6/share/pear’) in /var/www/(…)/wp-content/themes/enfold-child/functions.php on line 8Any ideas?
Thanks, Jordan
But this way the parent theme code would still be included. I mean, I need WordPress to use child theme code in lieu of parent theme code.
For example, I use the following code found in this forum for the language packs:
add_action('after_setup_theme', 'avia_child_lang_setup'); function avia_child_lang_setup() { remove_action('after_setup_theme', 'avia_lang_setup'); $lang = get_stylesheet_directory() . '/lang'; load_theme_textdomain('avia_framework', $lang); }
Shouldn’t I use something similar for the /enfold/framework/php/ path?
Hi, @marcelhochman
If you don’t follow Ismael’s instructions above, you will loose any changes made to your language files when Enfold is updated (they will be overwritten).
Using a child theme is easy and safe. Besides, Enfold has a nice “Import Parent Theme Settings” option so you can import current Enfold settings. And if you don’t need multilanguage, remove WPML.
So, I would suggest you to install and activate the child theme, import parent settings, download pt_BR.po file, edit it with Poedit, generate the pt_BR.mo with it and upload both (pt_BR.po and pt_BR.mo) to the child theme lang folder. Then you will need to add above Ismael’s code.
Good luck!
February 18, 2016 at 12:55 am in reply to: How to restrict certain areas of a page using itthinx Groups plugin? #585035Yes and that didn’t work.
Anyway, I understand this is a very specific requirement and making a final edition directly in debug window does the trick.
Thanks!February 16, 2016 at 4:35 pm in reply to: How to restrict certain areas of a page using itthinx Groups plugin? #584264Hi! Same issue here, but with another plugin / shortcode.
Quoting @nontrepreneur
to put it different words independent from any plugins – how can I wrap a shortcode around elements in the Layout Editor
If shortcode wrap is inserted directly in the debug window, it works. But if any ALB element is edited, the shortcodes are automatically wrapped by Enfold [av_textblock] … [/av_textblock].
Making it clearer, suppose we need to wrap a shortcode in a page with a Special Heading. The debug window will be like:
[av_heading heading='My Heading tag='h1' style='' size='' subheading_active='' subheading_size='15' padding='10' color='' custom_font='' custom_class=''][/av_heading]
Then, we can wrap a shortcode around it directly in debug window:
[my_shortcode] [av_heading heading='My Title' tag='h1' style='' size='' subheading_active='' subheading_size='15' padding='10' color='' custom_font='' custom_class=''][/av_heading] [/my_shortcode]
If page is updated, it is saved exactly like that and everything works fine.
But, if we edit the Special Heading and save, the debug window will show:
[av_textblock size='' font_color='' color=''] [my_shortcode] [/av_textblock] [av_heading heading='My Title2' tag='h1' style='' size='' subheading_active='' subheading_size='15' padding='10' color='' custom_font='' custom_class=''][/av_heading] [av_textblock size='' font_color='' color=''] [/my_shortcode] [/av_textblock]
In my case, that breaks the [my_shortcode] wrap processing. The same happens if inserted in Code Blocks.
This way, is there any way to prevent ALB from changing the debug window code?
Thanks!
I had to follow the solution published to Enfold Support Ticket #507014 customer, enclosing JQuery selectors in a Scroll event. That works, but the actions will be fired multiple times.
(function($) { $(window).scroll(function() { /* selectors and actions here */ }).scroll; })(jQuery);
Thanks in advance for a better solution.
OK, but I was expecting something like the solution at
https://kriesi.at/support/topic/tab-title-click-event-handlers/September 15, 2015 at 3:34 am in reply to: Crash: Google Swiffy animation inside Code Block element #503099Just in case it could help someone with the same issue, I think I have finally found a solution described in
http://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-fix-the-wordpress-white-screen-of-death/The only suggestion that worked for me was adding the code below in my wp-config.php file:
/** Trick for long posts */ ini_set('pcre.recursion_limit',20000000); ini_set('pcre.backtrack_limit',10000000);
I guess the original solution was first published at
http://www.undermyhat.org/blog/2009/07/sudden-empty-blank-page-for-large-posts-with-wordpress/September 14, 2015 at 4:08 am in reply to: Crash: Google Swiffy animation inside Code Block element #502425Please ignore above issue… There was some kind of silent HTTP request blocking in server, still unknown.
@mburke79, I did it with the @lldesign code above
https://kriesi.at/support/topic/grid-row-width-2/#post-424367I mean, instead of
#gridrow { max-width: 1310px; padding: 0 50px; margin: 0 50px; }
try
#gridrow { max-width: 1310px; padding: 0 50px; margin: 50px auto; }
My problem was solved with the new customizable columns introduced in version 3.2
Before that, the Grid Row background color could be adjusted with CSS
#top #main { background-color: #ffffff; }
Good luck!
Those boxes in main content are grid rows with limited width with snippet suggested above. Please note that the excedding space gets the Logo Area background color (now yellow) and I need it to be the main content background (currently white).
This reply has been marked as private.Any ideas?
Same question here and the snippet posted above works fine, but now the remaining space gets the Logo Area background color, not Main Content. How should I correct that? Thanks!

https://kriesi.at/support/topic/drag-and-drop-menu-items-issue-jquery/Same here, but upgrade to version 2.9.2 (August 27th) solved issues so far.
1. Solved with
.template-blog .portfolio .entry-content-wrapper{ overflow:hidden; }
Other layouts may require similar correction.2. Solved, see above post
3. Unsolved, see above
4. and 5.
Solved with Custom Post Type UI plugin (http://wordpress.org/plugins/custom-post-type-ui/)
and
.template-blog .my_custom_type .entry-content-wrapper{ overflow:hidden; }
6. Unsolved
Thanks!
