OS is Windows7. Incognito works to a point. It no longer auto populates the login fields, but is rejecting my login credentials. I listed them in the private area. They are set to expire soon, but not quite yet.
Hello and thank you for your response, however, I am using Chrome as my default browser. Please note that the same thing occurs in Firefox. The last time this happened, your support staff deleted my account and I had to re-register my account. Somehow that resolved the issue. I have to believe there is a better fix than that, but maybe that will give you some indication of what needs done. Also since the previous issue, I have several more accounts. I hope I do not have to delete them all every time I want to contact support. Additionally, I cannot be the only person to have multiple accounts. Are others having this issue?
