If we change the screen option the problems appear (white spaces between the blocks).
The Special heading when it is hidden in the devices, the content disappears but the space becomes white at the top just below the header.
The problem occurs with the SPECIAL HEADING block. It disappears on the device, but the space it occupied is blank.
