Hi Jordan,
Thanks for the response. I made the adjustments that you recommended but they don’t seem to have worked.
Have a look for yourself and check back. I have included a screenshot of the advanced styling section.
Hi Rikard & Enfold Team,
I haven’t heard from you in almost a week…. Can you please help me figure out how I can automute both videos on my homepage? I tested this in Google by automuting in the website settings from the browser and it worked.
Your help is appreciated.
Is there a way I can edit the shortcode to see if my theory of muting the video is correct? I would just like to test this as I am on a short time period for launching this site and nothing has resolved this issue yet.
I have attached a screenshot below.

Hi Rikard,
The same thing is happening on my end. When I am logged in the video works fine, but when I am logged out it doesn’t autoplay. I have now fully cleared the cache and deactivated my caching plugin. The video still seems to not autoplay in Chrome…. I’m not sure it is a caching issue as the video loads fine in IE and Firefox.
This has been an issue for almost 2 weeks now and it is still not resolved…
Could you please look into this matter in more depth and help me find a solution?
I appreciate the help.
Prompt support on this matter would be much appreciated. I don’t mean to seem unruly but this is the last obstacle on our website before we can launch it.
Thank you again for the continuous support.
Hi Rikard,
Do you think it could be caused by the new Google policy regarding videos with sound? I have read that this can cause videos to not autoplay so maybe this is the issue.
Do you know how I can mute the videos to see if this resolves the issue?
Hi Rikard,
No, it is still not working on my end and for many of my colleagues. It seems as though it is only not working in Chrome. I have tried it in Firefox and IE and it seems to load fine.
If you or anyone else on the Enfold support team have any input into how I can resolve this issue that would be much appreciated!
Thanks

I have tried that already and it didn’t seem to fix the issue.
Do you have any other resolutions for this problem?
Thanks!

Everything seems to be good, except that the video does not autoplay on the homepage? I’m not sure why this is occurring so if you could look into this that would be much appreciated.
The page is linked below.
Thanks!

February 1, 2019 at 7:05 pm in reply to: ERROR: Notice: Undefined variable: http_response_header #1061676Hi Rikard,
Thank you for the response. The problem is still occurring and I figured out that the video that I’m trying to embed in the color section is causing it. I have re-added the video to the header and the error is showing again. (link is in the private content)
Is there a better way to embed my fullwidth video on the homepage of my website?
Please let me know.
Thanks.

I would really appreciate if someone could give me an in-depth answer as to why this error is appearing on my homepage? We’re trying to launch or website by the end of the month.
Thank you.
Hi Victoria,
I disabled all caching and minification and it is still occurring…. It seems that if the title of the page is longer it starts to overlay the text. Is there a way to toggle the page path text off?
I have attached another screenshot of this problem occurring on another page
Thanks!
Hi Jordan,
Thanks for the response. I have included the link to the page in question but it is also occurring to many of my blog posts if you take a look.

That didn’t seem to fix the issue. I have attached a dropbox link for reference. Do you have any other suggestions to fix this issue? We are trying to recreate the website ASAP so we can get re-indexed before our busy season.
Thanks!

I have attached the page in question below, I have also added login credentials if you would like to access the back end.
Hopefully we can resolve this issue soon!
I figured out the video but now I am getting error messages on my homepage. Do you know what is causing this?

It only seems to appear when I have added the video to the element.
I have attached a screenshot of what it looks like on the front end for reference.I figured out the color section but am still having troubles making it full screen as shown in my current site. I am also getting some error messages above the video which I’m confused about. I have attached a screenshot below.
Thanks.
Hi Victoria,
That is my CURRENT site that is built in Divi. I am trying to recreate that in Enfold but am having troubles making the video full width. Do you have suggestions on how I can do this?
Thanks
Hi Rikard,
Where do I find the “Color Section Element”? I would like to recreate it in Enfold to look the same as my current site (link below)
