Thanks Jordan,
Sorry to disappoint but I don’t know what ALB means.
And I’ve been looking into this but can’t really figure it out.
I’ve thought of every possible way to recreate this https://kriesi.at/themedemo/?theme=enfold-overview
But… Nope. What am I missing?
Thanks,
Miguel
Sure. The details are below.
What I’m trying to accomplish is a page like this one: https://kriesi.at/themedemo/?theme=enfold-overview
So when the website opens, this will be my main page (my blog page), but with a banner on top.
But I’d also like to be able to edit the height of the banner.
When Heathcliff mentioned: Blog Layout (Single Author, small preview Pic,Multi Author etc.)
Pick the “use the advance layout”
You can then create your own layout and add your banner.Did he imply I’d have to create a new page, set it as my “first to open page” in “front page settings”, and then on “And where do you want to display the Blog?”, I’d choose this same page. Is that what the step by step would look like?
Many thanks
Thanks. However this way I can’t place a banner running left to right in case I use the “right sidebar” option “on”.
How could I place a banner according to this requirement? I’d have to use some sort of “hook” wouldn’t I? But I don’t know how to do it…
Thanks!!
Miguel
That worked. Thanks. I thought I had done that, but I realized I’d forgotten.
Many thanks for your help!!
Miguel
Quick follow up. Maybe it will be a good idea to share access information to my WordPress dashboard so you, the support member, can take a closer look at this thing.
I added it within private content. Thanks!

No, I don’t have CSS skills.
Looking forward to your answer.
Thanks,

Hello Victoria,
Now I put some text in the page.
1) Can I use CSS to edit the color of the links in the body text only? As in the text of a post, or when creating text for a landing page. As per the index page of the website that I included.
I don’t want other links to be affected, as the links inside bottom or side widgets. You can see that the last work of the text is a link, and it’s read. How can edit that color using CSS?
2) If I’d like my bold text in content to be simply black. Right now it is dark red, since it’s the current theme color for links, bold text, etc…
How can I make my bold text black using CSS, but only in the content of posts and regular page content?
Many thanks!
Miguel

Hello Rikard,
Thank you for your help!
Just a small adjustment needed. This CSS made all links green, including those from the top bar, widgets, etc… I’d like to edit the color of the links in the body text only. As in the text of a post, or when creating text for a landing page.
What could be the CSS for this purpose? Many thanks,
Miguel
Hello Dake.

Miguel

Hey!
I did all that but still not working.
Could you please check inside my WordPress panel and see what you think is wrong.
This is a bug I’ve had before a couple of times. Details below.
Many thanks.
Miguel
Sorry. I sent you the wrong url. It’s the right one now. Please check.
The advanced layout editor is not working. What can I do?
I just updated the theme to the last version but it didn’t improve the situation.
Thanks,
Miguel
July 16, 2015 at 3:33 am in reply to: Can't change font size and color change in main content #474057Hello,
That would be great. Examples would be so helpful.
Here’s what I’d like:
font-size: 15px; color: #454545 (this for text through the site: blog, content on every page).
And I’d like the title of posts to be #454545.
That’s all folks!
Many thanks!!
