Deactivation of cache plugin seems to have solved the issue
Hi Rikard
Of course – and thank you for a quick reply :)Hi Rikard
Thanks for your reply – might be a suggestion for a future update?Anyways :) I’m trying to build a user-friendly Imagebank with features like “seach” and “download” the content of our media library.
Perhaps you have an idea/suggestion on how this can be done using your theme or with the use of a great plugin?Best regard
MichaelHi Yigit
Thanks for reply..
I finally succeeded in updating .. but I now experience trouble with the image hover effect.Do you by any change know of anybody else having the same problems with the image hover effect not working after this update?
Looking forward to hearing from you
//MichaelHi Ismael
Thank for reply and support.
After your comment I kinda remembered that I moved the images to a image folder after import. Although I reloaded the image into the “logo element”, it didn’t update it correct. So I’ve now uploaded the image again, outside the sub-folders and imported to the element, and it seems to have done the trick. So I ques the lesson is either upload a image to a sub folder and then import it or keep the images in i the root-folder when first imported.
Anyho’.. :) thanks for helping me move on from this issue. All the best
MichaelHi Rikard
I’ll do. Hope you’ll find a solution. :)Best Regard
Michael?? wrong thread ?? :))
Hi Victoria
Thank you for your reply and for confirming that the code was legit.I honestly don’t know how or where to clear a server log or if I even should (: – But I’ve manage to edit directly in the .php on the server, and this seemed to work. Still can’t edit inside WP – so any suggestions toward a solution is most welcome. I’ve considered to use a plugin like WP Editor as a supplement, but I’ll prefer to solve it the “right way” if possible.
Best regards

Hi John
Thanks for your reply, I´ll try to explain it the best way I can :)For starters I´ve been working on a new website on a subdomain – today I changed the url to the main domain and moved all folders to the public folder on the ftp-server. All seemed okay.
Then I needed to change some sub-url in the my functions-enfold.php code and suddenly I got the error message: “Unable to communicate back with site to check for fatal errors, etc etc”
First time I´ve ever seen that message. First I reinstalled WP and afterwards the enfold theme to overwrite any issues. But I still couldn´t ad text to the functions file. – so my question is: Have you come across a similar issue before and do you know what could be causing it?In my desperation to find a solution I contacted my web-support and they told me that the code snippet “if ( !defined(‘ABSPATH’) ){ die(); }” looks like a hack..?? And that it might have something to do with it..
I googled it and found serveral different explanations. So again: Do you know what it is and if it has any negative effect?Hope this has been helpful.

I have now done as suggested – still no result regarding the issue ..November 1, 2017 at 4:13 pm in reply to: The visual text editor and duplicates in the new woocommerce #871293Hi Rikard
I did have a plugin called woocommerce-product-tabs.php, that failed and has beed deactivated automaticly.
I know it still floats around in the system somewhere, but if its relevant, I don’t know. Also I noted, that after updating to your latest version, I lost some coding in the functions.php – is this normal?
I have reestablished that now, but do I have do this every time I update??Anyways – I hope you are able to locate the issue ;)

Thanks for your reply.
I first became aware of this issue when I logged on to the page from another computer/browser. So I didn’t have this issue on my locale browser to begin with, but approx’ a week or so after, I had it locally to. “hope this info can help you troubleshooting” :)Also I would like to add that I can’t activate the “Quick Editing” link in WooCommerce products.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
