My client wants the links and extra info on the side of the page, and I’m not to sure if this possible.

Can I divide my page into 1/3 and 2/3 using layout elements and insert info there?

1. If so how do I insert info into the layout element? if I click on the box it does not give me the option to insert info.
2. Can i position a 1/3 layout element next to a 2/3 element thereby getting the effect of a sidebar?
