Hi Rikard,
thanks for your help. My problem is solved and this case can be closed. :)Thanks in advance
BastianHi Rikard,
thanks for your new reply. I’ve changed the URL from “blog” to “blogs” and set a 301 from “/blog/” to “/blogs”. It seems that it’s finally working now like it should. :)
I’m totally fine with this solution but it was a still a strange behavior because it worked for months/years.Anyway, thanks for your help!
BastianHi Rikard,
thanks for your work in this case. You are right, on this new page called “blog-page” the advanced layout editor ALB is working correctly. But what should I do now? I can’t change my site structure and all my URLs because of this.
What is wrong with the original “blog” page? Thanks in advance
BastianHi Rikard,
thanks for your answer. I understand what you mean but can’t follow the steps you provided.
As I mentioned before, I didn’t change anything with the category and or the permalink settings.
I tried changing the “blog” page to a new page called “blog2” but the problems keep the same.If I change the category name from “blog” to something else like “new-blog”, then all my links are changing as well because the permalinks settings are “/%category%/%postname%/” and the category slug would be “new-blog”.
I would reproduce the same setup again… What do you think? Thanks in advance
BastianHi Rikard,
thanks for your fast reply. I don’t understand your answer in detail so let me explain what I’m trying to achieve.
What I did:
– I have a blog page called “blog”. The url is mydomain.to/blog/
– I want to design the look and feel of this blog page, using the ALB (Advanced Layout Builder)
– I’ve designed the “blog” page with several elements, even the blog post element, from the ALB
– in theme options: “Where do you want to display the blog?” I’ve selected the page “blog”
– in theme options: “Blog-Layout” I’ve selected “Use the advance layout editor to build your own blog”What is actually happening:
– When clicking on the blog page in the frontend, the blog page is showing but without any elements from the ALB
– the layout from this blog page is ignoring the layout from the ALB at all
– the page is shown instead in a standard raster layout
– so I can actually change the layout from this blog page by changing settings in the enfold options page
– but “Use the advance layout editor” is ignored. My guess is, in one of the last updates, a new feature was introduced called “Disable the blog”. Is it possible, that for long time users of Enfold, this new feature locked/blocked some settings which originate from the past?
Thanks in advance
BastianHi Yigit,
ok, so you hide the container on this particular page.
Thanks for your help! But so I’m right, under the circumstances above, the title bar is added even the whole bar is deactivated!
Maybe you can add this “bug” to your list? Thanks in advance
mindatorI can confirm that! It’s working now! :)
Hi Ismael,
you will find the login details below.
The following combination causes this “error”.
– activate ALB for the Blog in theme settings
– big picture or color section on top of the main blog page
– title and breadcrumbs globally disabled
– custom CSS for hiding this bar are not workingThanks in advance
mindatorHi Ismael,
I’ve changed the settings in the theme option to “Raster Layout” for the blog. If I chose the ALB, it always shows this empty title container on top.
I disabled the title and breadcrumbs function for the whole site, but it’s not working on the blog page.
Can you confirm that? I switched back with the settings, so please take a look to the URL below. Thanks in advance

Hej Yigit,
Thanks for your fast answer.
Your picture shows exactly my problem…!The white bar, where normally the Title is placed, should be hidden! I don’t want this white space on top of my picture…
Any suggestions?
Thanks in advance
mindatorHi Ismael,
thanks for your fast answer. I did what you mentioned but can’t see any effect. Maybe it’s because my background is white, so of course I can’t see the white sonar hover effect. Any idea where I can change the color from the sonar hover effect to something in blue?
Thanks in advance

BastianOctober 6, 2015 at 7:10 pm in reply to: German translation misses time units for countdown timer #514700Hi,
I’ve checked the german .mo/.po files in “wp-content/themes/enfold/lang/ and I had translated them earlier.
So I don’t know why Enfold don’t like my german .mo/.po files…
Regards

I didn’t try that! Want to be safe if a new update is coming, so I’m using the Child Themes function.

BastianOctober 6, 2015 at 3:54 pm in reply to: German translation misses time units for countdown timer #514474Hi Andy,
I use the german language on my site. The Countdown Timer on my frontpage is still in english.
So the german translation for the countdown timer isn’t working. I did all the things you mentioned above but the Countdown Timer is still in english.Regards

BastianOctober 5, 2015 at 2:05 pm in reply to: German translation misses time units for countdown timer #513779Hi Andy!
Don’t get your last response. I used Poedit to edit the .mo/.po files and uploaded them to “wp-content/themes/enfold-child/lang/”
The problem is, Enfold is not using them.
Thanks in advance
BastianOctober 5, 2015 at 1:08 pm in reply to: German translation misses time units for countdown timer #513728Hi Andy,
Yes! I did that. I have a “lang” folder with .mo/.po files inside “wp-content/themes/enfold-child/”
I addition I’ve added this code to my “functions.php”
add_action('after_setup_theme', 'avia_lang_setup'); function avia_lang_setup() { $lang = get_stylesheet_directory() . '/lang'; load_child_theme_textdomain('avia_framework', $lang); }
October 5, 2015 at 12:08 pm in reply to: German translation misses time units for countdown timer #513661Should work now! Please try again!

BastianOctober 1, 2015 at 9:09 pm in reply to: German translation misses time units for countdown timer #512439Hello,
why is the code above different from the one in the ENFOLD documentation?
Unfortunately none of them is working for me… :(Hej Josue and Hi Yigit,
didn’t noticed the answers to this post. Sorry for that delay!
It would be great to get some help! Thanks in advance
BastianHi Ismael,
thanks for your fast answer. Yes, it’s a local store… But how do I add it?
I mean how do I use this snippets from within the Avia Page Builder? Thanks in advance
BastianHi Elliot,
but how do I find the button classes for the standard buttons? Let’s say I want to customize the standard “BLUE” button. Where do I find this class to override it via custom.css ?
Thanks in advance
BastianHej,
Whats wrong with the character code for the check mark font icon?
I use exactly the code above but the icon looks totally different. It’ still a check mark but a different one…Cheers
BastianHi Yigit,
thanks for your fast answer. But the code above is something different… Isn’t it?
The question in that post was how to show the complete address instead of just the street name. My question was how can I remove the whole hover effect. And by the way, some parts of the answer are locked for me because they are marked as private…
So, do you have another idea?
But thanks anyway for your help!
