Not sure if you if you mean a caching plugin? Can you update and inspect when you get a chance, we really need the menu on the mobile site as we have the site live now

Thanks for your reply, I have checked multiple mobile devices and the menu is not appearing on them, screenshot sent to you.
I have entered the code in the Quick CSS in general styling, the menu hasn’t update on the mobile though 

So the problem is still there for us 

Any other solution to this?

I got this sorted, I downloaded the envato plug in and it allowed me update the theme keeping everything in place,
