Please dis-regard the last message. I removed a bit of CSS and it seems to have resulted in success!
The CSS I removed was intended to <centre> the contact info text. Would you have any different suggestions on this for me?
Thank you!!

Thank you for this. Unfortunately the top portion of the header is not visible (the area with the phone number). Would you have any suggestions to maintain the phone number and contact info at the top?
Thanks in advance, Mike

Reviving this thread as I was taken in a different direction for a couple of weeks. So far this issue is not resolved for me, and I have some confusion as I feel as though there are multiple things happening here.
I think the simplest approach is to define what I’m hoping to achieve, and give you guys all of the access necessary to see what is happening within the site.
I am hoping to define for mobile and tablet screens only:
-No Burger Menu or Logo Visible in the Header
-keep the top portion of the header with contact infoHere is an image file of what I’m hoping to accomplish:

Additionally, I don’t believe my Quick CSS box is functioning… as nothing I try from the support archives seems to have any effect… any ideas on this?

I’ve included temporary WordPress login and FTP access below in the private content. Would really appreciate your help with this! Thanks, Mike!

Hey Mike,
Results look great. Thank you so much for your help. You guys are awesome.
Hi Mike,
Thanks for looking into this for me. The instructions as provided to clear cache are for OSX and not IOS (iPhone/iPads), which would be for mobile browsers.
I’ve cleared the cache on my IOS device, but unfortunately the issue is still persisting. Do you have specific instructions for IOS devices?
Hi there Ismael,
Thanks very much. Theme version is up to date and credentials are included in the private content below
Hi Ismael,
Thanks so much for your reply. Yes, I have the compression settings disabled as instructed. I followed all guidance on the previous thread and was still unable to disable the swipe.
Please let me know if you need any additional access credentials so you can take a closer look?
Thank you, Mike
Awesome thank you!!! Issue resolved. You guys are the best!
I haven’t noticed any other particular styling issues anywhere else on the site. Have not tried disabling plugins.
Menu styling is still having difficulty.
Thank you Rikard!
The theme has now been updated.

Thanks for the help so far. I seem to have resolved the issue by replacing a few of the column elements on the affected pages. Really appreciate your help and support! All fixed!

I searched for adding CSS and was able to add the provided code to quick CSS – all good there. Unfortunately there is no change to the overlap. Am I doing something wrong? Thanks very much for your patience!!April 28, 2023 at 5:10 pm in reply to: Overlapping vertical columns embedded in a Tab Section #1405945Thanks Ismael,
Sorry for the beginner question, but where should I add this code?
Thank you!
Awesome thanks guys. As usual awesome service.
that’s awesome thank you! the shortcake you gave me worked perfectly!
as for the second item, is there a good way to centre the text vertically between the dashed catalogue item border?
Cheers, Mike
sorry shortcake should read ‘shortcode’. Kind of wish it was shortcake though!
Dake – many thanks for your fast responses and helpful service!!
Hey!
Thanks for checking into that!! Great service. Just curious – can you have a look at this page:
http://www.portrenfrewbeachhouse.com/home/bookings/
and see what’s up with the dark transparent coloured button?
I was planning to color the current page button as dark transparent to denote that the user was on that page.
For sure.
Also added this snippet to the custom.css and it didn’t change anything.
