I havent made any changes to footer.php, and in fact just renamed the file in the enfold-child folder and it made no difference.
I am on PHP 5.6
Sure, thank you Victoria! See below
That worked, thanks Nikko
I have another issue I’ve just noticed, the area on the right hand menu when editing a page/portfolo/post “Footer Settings
Display the footer widgets?” doesnt have any options?? There’s no drop down, does anyone know why that would be?Side bar settings, title bar settings and header visibility options are all fine?
Thanks Rikard, Its hard to show you as you need a login, I’ll see what I can do and if I get stuck I’ll set you up an account
Ok thanks Rikard, understood. I just thought I’d ask to see if there was an obvious solution
I’ll look around for other plugins, but it’s a shame because it really does work well… in a perfect world, there would be a solution which uses Enfold’s page builder to create emails :) That would be awesome!
Please close this thread
Hey Yigit, I’ve emailed the plugin devs and they’re telling me it’s not their issue!
Sorry, I hate to agree but it does seem strange that doing back to one of the default themes fixes the problem. Could it be a jquery clash perhaps? It DOES use drag and drop features
Perfect! Thanks Basilis, that worked perfectly.. turns out there were about 30 pages on my site with rogue contact forms! oops :)
That might be the quickest turnaround from posting a support question to fixing it I’ve ever had!!
Resolved!
Thanks for your help, but I would rather not have to use another plugin to do what I’ve already paid WP Rocket to do :)
I can add a list of CSS files to exlcude from minification, could someone please let me know what CSS file loads the megamenu? That’s all I need, thank you
Great, thanks Vinay. Please see login details below. Bizarrely it only seems to be happeneing on the home page. I cleared all content and the menu worked again, but I couldnt really seem to find the culprit!
Hi, I know this is an old thread ,but I’ve only just installed WP Rocket on my 13 sites.. and wow! Love it :) my sites are all rediculously fast now
Although I’m having issues with the ENFOLD mega menu on all the sites (that have them) the standard menu loads fine, but the mega menu is squashed onto the left hand side and cut off. If I switch off javascript minification then it works again.

I need a comprehensive list of all javscript and css which is loaded in the theme and what they all do if possible? So I can tweak the settings
November 14, 2016 at 12:50 pm in reply to: ADVANCED LAYOUT EDITOR not working? Try this, worked for me. #711906Thanks mrjukic, I’m replying to your original post 18 months later and it worked perfectly! :) Thank you!!
Ok thanks Andy. That’s a real shame as we don’t write blog posts that often compared to all the other categories. I’ll speak to a developer. Thanks, please close
Hi Andy
Ok, I’ve deactivated all plugins, switched off cloudflare, and manually reinstalled the parent Enfold theme.. nothing’s changed I’m afraid
To be honest, I would presume it was default behaviour.. a filter for a certain category won’t show until posts within that category are loaded. I just need a workaround please as we want people to view posts from several years ago if they want to
Thanks!
Thanks Andy, I don’t have any cache plugins active? I’ve disabled cloudflare and hard refreshed, and unfortunately it’s not worked
The functionality does make sense really, that you can’t see a category until one of the posts from it is visible on the page, but I would like to override this if possible
No problem, thanks Andy
The category which doesn’t show until you “load more” is “blog”, see admin login details below
July 18, 2016 at 2:34 pm in reply to: Image with hotspot – tooltip alignment problems…. again! #661987I will do soon, we’re in the final testing stage before going live so I will need to wait until everyone is off the website before I can start switching off plugins
Right.. I have NO idea what’s happened but you’re quite right, it’s now fixed! So sorry to have wasted your time
I did update 14 plugins yesterday so I suspect that may be the reason!! Please close this as resolved, thanks again
Hi Ismael
1) I’m exactly the same, Windows 7, Chrome
2) By “Mis-aligned” I mean center right is slightly lower down than center which is no good when I have a very tight amount of space to work withI’ve just realised I had set the tooltips to be perminantly on, so I’ve now changed it to on mouse hover, please take another look. I’ve attached screenshots and a short video below
Hi Rikard, apologies for the delay. I must have forgotten to click the “Notify me of follow-up replies via email” link! See below
Sorry Ismael, rookie mistake! I disabled all plugins, and figured out it was the “Black Studio TinyMCE Widget” causing the problem.. no idea why!
Sorry to have wasted your time
Hi Vinay,
Thanks, sorry it’s back up again now (I keep having issues with a weekly offsite backup not deleting, which then knocks all my websites out!)
Please take a look and let me know, thanks
Weirdly though, this page DOES work?! http://www.ecdis.org/inspectors/
December 2, 2015 at 6:34 pm in reply to: "And where do you want to display the Blog?" use a portfolio entry not a page #546037Hi Elliot
Understood, but I am looking for a grid combining posts AND portfolio items AND pages. Basically anything under a certain category!
The alternative option is to allow the “blog” set in the theme settings to be something other than a page.
Am I making sense? I seem to be confusing people :)
November 30, 2015 at 10:44 am in reply to: "And where do you want to display the Blog?" use a portfolio entry not a page #544338Has anyone got any ideas on this at all? I know it’s not a pressing issue but it would be great to have a fix
November 25, 2015 at 12:21 pm in reply to: "And where do you want to display the Blog?" use a portfolio entry not a page #542314Hi Ismael,
Sorry for the delay. My server’s been hacked!! It’s been a headache fixing it
Anyway, as explained previously I want the blog to appear under a category called “news”. So when people visit the news page they are given a portfoilio grid of news, newsletter, blog etc.. obviously for that to work it has to be a portfolio item. (unless there’s a workaround for the portfolio grid to show pages as well as portfolio items??)
See screenshot to explain what I mean: SCREENSHOT

I don’t think a screenshot will help to be honest.
Under enfold > theme options > Where do you want to display the blog?. There’s a drop down to select the blog page.
My problem is, my blog isn’t a page. It’s a portfolio item. I need 1 of 2 fixes:
1) The ability to select a portfolio item in that dropdown
or
2) Using the template element “portfolio grid”, allow me to add pages as well as portfolio items. (basically, anything and everything under a certain category, regardless of its post type)There it is! Great thanks Ismael, although it’s a pain I can’t have the site minified and cached.. and why would that only have happened in the last few weeks? Strange..
Anyway, at least I now know the problem.
Sorry Rikard, stupid of me! I’ve removed the password and just made it private
Good point! I’ve added it to a test page, cunningly called “test” ;) see link below..
No problem Andy. I haven’t posted in the WP forums actually, I was just trying to find other peoples posts. I’ll do that now, and if I ever get a reply I’ll let you know
