I am truly sorry for all this just trying to get it all sorted. Bluehost restored the site to 12h ago but unfortunately the Enfold theme is still creating some fatal errors.
I am installed the newest version of enfold (it was 2. something on the backup) but it displays the site as blank…help!
So restoration of yesterdays public_html …still nothing works >? Ideas

I am currently uploading the enfold theme via ftp overwriting the existing folder as in one of your tutorial videos. It takes a while but we will see
failed..any ideas? :P
I am trying this fix:
https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/202821510
but will keep you posted
Didnt’ work – it says my stylesheet is missing?
I need help quickly – how can I reset my site to 1h ago?
So I updated the Enfold theme and now my website doesn’t work…any ideas?
thanks
Thanks for your reply. Neither works, the code doesn’t and the fullwidth masonry element can’t be placed in any column element – I’m assuming because it is full size. A normal masonry element can’t be used to display posts.
Any other suggestions?
Thanks,
AndyIn a nutshell, Yes :) Would that be possible?
Hi,
I had to remove the contact form as I did not receive emails of every submitted form! Is it possible to track clicks on email links?Also, is there a known issue with the contact form not functioning properly?
thanks
SO, just to add more spanners to the works, I have obviously sent quite a few test contact forms to see if GA tracks them…only 2 out of about 10 actually were sent to my email? I don’t have any spam filters etc but this is worrying!
As a side note, I have also added:
https://kriesi.at/support/topic/syntax-error-when-adding-tracking-code-to-form-submit-button/
these snippets of code and whilst the website still works analytics doesn;t track my goal. DOes the problem lie with GA and not with the code?
Thanks
Thanks,
I have added the code to functions.php – I still can’t see any goals being picked up by analytics..have I set up the goal wrong?
I have also tried replacing the onclick=\”_gaq.push([‘_trackPageview’, ‘/VP/XXX/XXX’]);\” with my tracking code (not ID):
<script>
(function(i,s,o,g,r,a,m){i[‘GoogleAnalyticsObject’]=r;i[r]=i[r]||function(){
(i[r].q=i[r].q||[]).push(arguments)},i[r].l=1*new Date();a=s.createElement(o),
m=s.getElementsByTagName(o)[0];a.async=1;a.src=g;m.parentNode.insertBefore(a,m)
})(window,document,’script’,’//www.google-analytics.com/analytics.js’,’ga’);ga(‘create’, ‘xx-xxxxx-x’, ‘auto’);
ga(‘send’, ‘pageview’);</script>
I clearly need help :P
Thanks!
Hi, thanks for getting back to me. I have added the code to:
/wp-content/themes/enfold/functions-enfold.php
and did replace the code with my tracking code.
If you could run me through the correct procedure about where to add it, that would be much appreciated, I am not a big whizz on editing code :)
Thanks!
Hi Yigit,
This worked, thank you very much! Since I have implemented the code, my posts seem to have trouble loading properly with broken links etc. Is this related to the snipped of code (I guess not) or does it have something to do with the way I insert images:
Where the usual method is:I use:
I don’t know if this makes a difference?
Many thanks for your continued help, really appreciated!
oh brilliant it worked – thank you very much! Why has it not worked before? I used quick css to edit fonts to start with but had no luck!
thank you for your work and sorry to be a pain!
I have added that css code again but as before no change on the tablet
I had already done that but it seems like simply choosing a google font does not work – I had to import a font using ftp before choosing it using CSS which gave me good results before…
Well that is not ideal! It should look like this on desktops:
http://www.whitestagweddings.com/?attachment_id=3052
It does on both my laptop and my desktop – clearly fonts don’t display correctly! I am using wp-google fonts plugin but have also imported the fonts by adding them to the register-admin-options.php via ftp
http://www.whitestagweddings.com/?attachment_id=3051
It’s android based
Hi Ismael,
thanks for your help! I managed to set the style to italic but I still haven’t managed to get the font to appear on tablets?
How do I properly import a font so that on tablet devices it doesn’t use a fallback font?
Hope you can help!
Andy
Hi Josue,
Thanks for the reply. I have managed to import three google fonts and I can now use them.
I am using Fanwood Text for the menu but I want to use it in italic – i have added quick css
font-style: italic;
which adds an angle to the text but it doesn’t change the style of fanwood text to the italic style
Do I have to add a specific italic fanwood text to the theme via ftp?
Hope you can help!
Thanks,
Andy
Hi Yigit, I tried the subheading tutorial mentioned in 2. but it doesn’t work. The website is http://www.whitestagweddings.com
