I had to hire a guy to go through all the scripts so it has been sorted now. An expensive update!
ThanksThanks for your reply Jordan. Updating the theme to the latest version destroyed the SSL so I had to resubmit it for SSL and it is now secure.
just found a message saying their were unsafe scripts and having removed those, the favicon is displaying but he site now says it is unsafe so there must be some new scripts that are not good?

I hadn’t realised that there weren’t notifications for theme updates with all other update notifications so that is good to know, thank you. Have updated now and it seems to have solved the problem.
