Robertjnetzly,
I had the same issue and this worked for me:
Create another user with admin credentials and then login with the new user and see if it works.
It worked for me. After that I saw it worked I deleted my current admin user id and then recreated it with the same information and it worked fine from then.
Good luck.
September 3, 2016 at 6:03 am in reply to: LayoutManager not working in Enfold 3.7.1 with WP 4.6 #681530Okay, update.
I have been digging through threads and found one that worked for me.
Strange as it sounds this is what worked for me:
I created a new user as an admin and logged in with it and everything worked fine.
Give that a shot and hopefully it helps you!
So from what you have seen does this seemed to be caused mainly but plugin conflicts?
Thanks.
September 3, 2016 at 5:31 am in reply to: LayoutManager not working in Enfold 3.7.1 with WP 4.6 #681522Not sure if this helps anyone but I am able to use the ALB when using Portfolio Items and Posts, just not Pages.
I have gone through all of the steps provided in http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/my-enfold-layout-builder-is-not-loading-properly/ but nothing has helped.
I also tried to uninstall the theme and reinstall it manually, that didn’t work either.
This actually just started happening, I had already updated the theme and it was working.
I even went as far as manually installing an older version I had, 3.6.1, and that didn’t work either.
I hope somebody figures this out soon.
That worked, I was able to get the logo above the navigation menu and positioned to the left and then the widget is to the right at the 50% point.
Is it possible to have two widgets in the header, one at the 50% mark and the other at the 75% mark? That way I would be giving the same effect as 50% 25% 25% columns.
Thank you.
Okay, thank you.
I am not sure how to copy anything into the child directory. I am also interested in adding the header.php.
So would it be beneficial to add them to the child theme directory so I can make changes that won’t get overwritten?
How do I add header.php and footer.php to the child theme directory?
Thank you.
This may be a dumb question, how do I get the Theme Footer (footer.php) to show up in the Child theme?
I would rather make the change there.
Thank you.

Thank you.

Thank you.
That’s not correct.
If you look at the back end the line senior associates actually says senior advisors.
I created the form just below that one to make it easier to notice what is on the back compared to what is displayed on the page when sent.
I just removed the top form to make it easier to notice.
Thank you.

Is there any way you can take a look at this ticket: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/autorespond-text-displayed-on-page-not-updating/
It is very urgent…thank you.

Thank you, this is resolved.
I did a text box below the map element with some sample text.
What do I replace absolute with to make the text block element shift up?
Thank you.
I thought of that after I left this post:
Thank you.
Thank you for your help.
I am having a similar issue and would be interested in the solution as well.
Thank you.
I am having the same issue.
I entered the new information into the Autorespond Text area and when I test the contact form it doesn’t recognize the change made, it sends the “Your message has been sent!” and not what I typed in. I go back to double check it and it saved like it should and shows the changes but still doesn’t work.
I tried it in different browsers and cleared cache as well. This just started happening and I didn’t do any updates either.
I am running current versions of WP and Enfold.
Any ideas?
Thank you.

Okay, my site is working again.
I wish I could tell you figured out what the issue was exactly but I didn’t.
To get it to work though I cloned as it was (with the issue) and then uninstalled WordPress and then reinstalled a fresh install of WP.
If you have any plugins remaining after the new WP install be sure and remove them.
I then installed the clone and everything works just fine.
Hopefully this helps somebody, best of luck!!
I am getting something similar:
Warning: session_start(): Cannot send session cache limiter – headers already sent (output started at /home/content/55/10008855/html/buyjoesmotorhome/wp-blog-header.php:1) in /home/content/55/10008855/html/buyjoesmotorhome/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/masonry_entries.php on line 32
I reinstalled the theme and am still having the issue.
I also disabled all of the plugins and still have the issue.
I use a child theme and removed all changes to the theme as well and still having the issue.
Any ideas?
Thank you.

Yeah, I figured that would do the trick as well.
When I have more time I will see if I can change the firewall settings, just playing catch up right now.
Thanks for sharing that info.
njmjdesign,
Here is the solution:
The issue is Wordfence conflict, I will have to look into it deeper when I have more time.
I am also having this issue.
I have recreated the element multiple times and the issue continues.
I get the same message as mentioned above. It doesn’t do it with all of the text block elements, just a few.
Any ideas of what could be causing this?
I have gone through the disable and uninstall plugins steps already and everything is up to date.
Thank you.
Perfect, thank you.
