    Hi Rikard,

upadting to 5.1 is dangerous as it’s giving lots of bugs. But, as you say, i’ve updated it to 4.9 and it’s working fine now. Thanks in advance for your help!

    Hi

it’s a security filter of our server that doesn’t allow to go into the admin to non spanish talking countries. As Kriesi has an .at domain, i’ve whitelisted Austria to be able to go into the admin of the web.

If you are not placed in Austria, please tell me the countries i have to whitelist so you can go into the web.

    Thanks in advance!

    Hi Rikard,

so strange!! as the web is working… i’m talking with my server support to see if we have some security activated that is causing your failure to enter the web.

can you please try again?? The Enfold theme is uploaded but not activated.

    Thanks in advance!

    Hi

i purchased the Enfold 4 months ago. the thing is that i can’t Activate the Enfold theme, as i get this fatal error and can’t do anything…

So if you log into my web, you won’t see Enfold activated (but it’s installed so you can see the version), as i’m not able to activate it due to the Fatal PHP error.

You have the user credential in the Private content. hope you can see something that i can’t see and fix all this issue without having to update WordPress to 5.1.1

    Thanks!

    Hi again Victoria,

our server support don’t recommend to update WordPress to 5.1.1 as it’s giving lots of problems with plugins, themes etc

Is there another way to fix this PHP fatal error we are getting? It’s quite important for us to be able to solve it today, please.

    Thanks in advance
    Regards

    Hi Victoria,

so you mean that updating WordPress to 5.1.1 should solve the PHP fatal error??

It seems tricky to update WordPress to this version… can you please confirm before updating wordpress?

    Thanks!
