metàforaHi, I read a thread of someone with a similar problem (September 9, 2018 at 11:55 am) and exported the theme settings from another of our enfold sites. By importing it, the problem seemed to be solved…
Actually, I am realizing now that the uppercase disappears whenever I change anything in the theme options. It is rather annoying.
Thanks, it worked! I was actually already running version 5.0.3 (don’t realize) but this trick solved it!
I would like to attach a screenshot to what happens to the scroll if I try to drag and drop (the ALB stops mid screen). But I cannot see how to attach a Jpeg here.

I am not sure where to paste the code snippet. I have tried pasting it directly into the Custom Css Class option of the color section, and also directly into the quick css tab in general styling. I cannot see any difference though…

I have chosen not to update one of my sites. It is running version 4.1.2 of Enfold and the invisible header works here, but does not drop down on small screens. This was my initial issue, and I have updated my other sites to the latest version of enfold: now the drop down works on small screens but the invisible header feature has stopped working.
I would really appreciate some support on this issue, as everything was working fine a month ago!
It is starting to annoy me that there seems no one capable of telling my why this problem has occurred and what to do about it.I have just done it. My version is 4.4.1.

I now reinstalled enfold on one of my website, and yes, the problem with the small screen is solved. Thank you.
But now, a different problem occurred:
On my front page I had designed the menu to be invisible and apear once you scroll down, a feature which does not work any more. For now I have had to leave the header static, which does not work very well with the design.
What to do?I have the same problem! Do I have to look for the CSS code you mention in style.css and remove it too? Or is there an easier way?
I have Enfold installed as theme in several websites (all paid for individually), and in one of them the mobile menu works (enfold version 4.2) and in the others it does not (version 4.1.2). By the way, how come version 4.2 seems to be older than 4.1.2? I don’t dare to update the one with version 4.2, in case the drop down menu stops working on the mobile menu.

Hello. I wrote yesterday and intend to do so every day until this issue is solved. I have the layerslider as part of the Enfold package and have used some very basic features in my sliders. I do not intend to upgrade to premium.
I would like to get rid of the annoying messages insting me to buy the product, but there is nowhere to say, “no thanks” and simply stay with the version I have.
Recently I created a new banner with exact same animation feature I have used until now and an ANNOYING blue banner shows when I preview the page. There seems no way to get rid of it, and it completely ruins my preview experience!
The banner says:
“Premium features is available for preview purposes only.
We’ve detected that you’re using premium features in this slider, but you have not yet activated your copy of LayerSlider. Premium features in your sliders will not be available for your visitors without activation. Click here to learn more.Only you and other administrators can see this to take appropriate actions if necessary.”
I have not used any premium features in my slider and it views perfectly when I am logged out. Please remove this banner or let me know what I can do about it.
….”Thanks for the info. I have written them, because it ruins my preview experience entirely. When I view changes in my page there is now a big blue banner at the top of the page I cannot get rid of, unless I log out of the session and view the page without being logged in. I will keep complaining to them, because this is unacceptable.
