My sentence for support is not turn specially on you Yigit. When I say “you” I talk to the support in general, I never know who is going to read me (that’s a problem) “preconceptions and avoidance of responsibility” is the feeling I have in the support answers.
A reason of this feeling is you never explain the probable reasons of a problem and that’s not helping me to use of Enfold theme and support.
The answers are often like “I don’t see a problem, our theme work perfect”.
I have also see you have not answer the ryanmortier customer questions (page 1 in this discussion).Putting a code in a place like you ask leave me out of comprehension on the way the problem appear.

I have no doubt you have tried every possible way to generate Progress Bar shortcode and it worked fine each time, so I, but why this many possible way work a time and after what it stop working on some similar page. And why the code disappear of the editor even the function still working. It’s no many way to manage to add progress bar using magic wand.“saying “awful” does not help us understand the issue”

WHAT A FUCK ?!From the beginning (after 7 days, on December 18, at the 4.1 WP update), I have problems with your theme, your support and already before with envatomarket.
I have done all what you have suggested. Now I say STOP, I get angry.It’s a pity but the best I have to do is build another site, with another theme. It take me a little bit more time, but I don’t want to loose my time again and again with you, and I want to give a nice experience to my buyers.
If like you say, for “thousands of people” Enfold is working just perfect, though if anything is not working well for a few ones, then there could be lots of different other reasons, and you have to adopt measures needed.The minimum measure I ask now, is a full refund ($60.00, No credit for another envato shit) Tell envato how you want, they are your partner. I know how they are bored to death with their customers and I lost enough time (Either way they tell me to do with you).
YOU must DO EVERYTHING necessary for this full refund, NOW, next week is the dead line.

And you give me a crude answer with no detail, just a know shortcode and “Modify as needed”I’ve try again.
BUT THE PROBLEM STILL COMPLETE;
1- HOW TO MODIFY THE SHORTCODE YOU GIVE? WHAT ARE PARAMETERS?
2- WHY “INSERT A SHORTCODE” SHORTCUT DOESN’T WORK EXACTLY SUCH AS ASKED ?
3- WHY CAN I SEE NOTHING IN MY EDITOR (AS WELL IN TEXT), AND AFTER SAVING, HAVING OR NOT THE GOOD PROGRESS BAR ON THE PAGES,
IT BELONG TO WHAT?
HOW CAN I CONTROL THIS???1- I want a progress bar without stripe, without comment, just green and at a definite % on each pages I made with the shortcode..

Adding in style;css. [.mejs_offscreen, .mejs-offscreen { display: none !important; }]
and the line shutdown in functions.php [//wp_enqueue_script( ‘wp-mediaelement’ );] you give me.
But before the problems (with WP 4.1) I’ve a nice progression bar, with the color of the theme I’ve buy. That’s also the role of a theme, no maybe ?Besides the plugins I’ve must disabled because they give a blank page problem not yet identified, that I had not before WP4.1.

OK this CSS work for the “Video Player” text.
The site is’nt in maintenance mode but it’s a training private website and you need to be a user to access pages.
Here is a image of the player in action and you can see the invisible video progress bar.

Seems like at some point there too much plugins (though not that much) and I have a white page on-line, and the extension page is blank sometimes too.
