Our affected websites (see private content) are all up to date (theme, WP, plugins). Nevertheless, the problem occurs, but not on all pages.
Should I give you access to one of the affected websites? I could also give you access to another website with the same setup, but where the contact form still works with Recapcha v3.

@engage24: Thank you, that’s interesting. We’ve only noticed it since the update to Enfold 7.0 or it has been reported by customers.Our latest findings:
We do not have this problem on all customer websites with Enfold. Although the setup is usually the same. It cannot be due to the installed plugins. The problem continues to occur even with deactivated plugins (especially with deactivated caching plugin). As soon as we run the form with Enfold numerical captcha, it works without any problems.We cannot logically narrow down the cause of the error and urgently need support from Enfold.

In the meantime, we have noticed that this effect occurs on all our customer websites since the update to Enfold 7.0.
We need a solution as soon as possible, as resetting ReCaptcha to v1 is not a long-term alternative.Thank you very much

We have the same effect on a client’s website for a few days now. We have tested everything like user “engage24”. We still have to check whether it also occurs on our other customer websites.
Are there any new findings as to how this problem suddenly arises?

We have updated all installations to Enfold 5.1.1. Now the effect is no longer visible. Why this occurred is now probably impossible to find out. But anyway, the thread can be closed.

Sorry, I didn’t mention that we need a solution also for users who refuse cookies. As I’m sure you know, for Google Enhanced Conversion Tracking this is important. So it needs a server side integration. Is this even possible with the Enfold Contact form? We have found an alternative solution with Contact Form 7:

I don’t know if we are talking about the same thing. In the video it is clearly visible that the three boxes with the titles “Planning & Consulting”, “Design & Production” and “Shipping & Managing”) do not run smoothly on mobile (iOS Safari). They move stuttering after each swipe. But maybe I feel differently than you.Thanks for forwarding.

Regarding parallax on color section: yes, slight judder on mobile, so same as on our websites. That’s ok. BTW: But the first three parallax boxes in the new parallax demo (Planning & Consulting, Design & Production and Shipping & Managing) are quite jerky when scrolling (on my iPhone 13).Best regards,

That is strange. Of course I have already cleared the cache and history.
Now I have updated another Macbook Pro to Safari 15.5 and Monterey 12.4. The error now occurs here as well (it didn’t before). Actually it should occur after the update also with you. Incomprehensible!What to do next?

Thank you for your reply. This works well. But a general question: is this a bug in Enfold 5.0 and will it be fixed in a next version? We think all users will consider this as not correct behavior.And: the background prarallax behavior in color sections is a bit jerky on mobile. We use iPhones 13 Pro. Normal?
One last note: what is actually the difference between the animation “from bottom to top” and the new “fade in up”? They actually behave the same.

Mit der Einstellung Deutsch Sie wird nicht alles auf Sie umgestellt im Autoresponder Mail. Du musst wie oben beschrieben das File “de_DE_formal.po” anpassen. Das geht am einfachsten mit dem Plugin “Loco Translate”. Wenn du es installiert hast, gehst du auf den Menüpunkt “Themes”, wählst Enfold aus und dann “Deutsch Sie”. Dort findest du alle Texte in der Ursprungssprache. Suche den Text, der falsch übersetzt wird (Thank you for your message). Kannst du im Suchfeld eingeben oder nach unten scrollen zu Th…. Dann einfach im Deutsch-Feld “Vielen Dank für Ihre Nachricht” schreiben. Am Ende speichern.
Das einzige Problem bleibt, dass du das nach einem Enfold-Update wiederholen musst. Das File wird halt wieder überschrieben.
