Hi, would like to bump this! :)
Hi there. As mentioned in my top level, I have tried the standard troubleshooting.
We’ve tried that approach – we’re trying again and not seeing much of a difference….
It’s on the page listed above in private data…
https://gyazo.com/782dd0309bb3ed6cddc5b83228cb3f51Here is a screenshot for further explanation. The product grid is not showing ANY of my woocommerce items even when their category are displayed. We’ve also tried the cache and no avail. We’ve disabled all plugins and stil have the same issues. To my knowledge, WooCommerce and Enfold are up to date.
The account login should work properly now!
Thank you!
Here we are!
Sometimes we are having the issues, sometimes it resolves itself but we’d just like a better understanding on why it’s happening. Thanks!
Thank you! 3.7 was only showing for us, and this fixed the issue.
Sure thing, thank you for your assistance.
Nope, does not look to be the issue. Still having problems. We have different websites that are running fine.

Hi there! No, I mean on mobile the logo is rather small, the header container is stretched out HUGE and the logo is nestled in the top left corner.
I don’t believe this falls into “customization” as much as it is a problem with the theme – I’m not asking for it to be changed, I’m asking for it to be as it is in the demo.
Oh wow, thank you! We forgot to disable the SSL certificate on our newer sites..
That solved the problem. You’re aces, guys!No problem, you guys do amazing work.
I updated the theme to 3.5.4 and nothing. :( Still doesn’t work. I’ve disabled plugins as well and no change.
Aw crap. I didn’t know grid rows had unique ids! I thought it was only color sections. I’m sorry! You the real MVP.
Hi, Yigit. I’ve tried that now and it still yields the same result – the anchor link jumping past the assigned a name in the paragraph ON DESKTOP, but on mobile it works perfectly.
Here is an example of the screenshot (even if you have login access :))
Don’t mean to bump the thread, I see some work has been done to the services page… any luck or ETA?
Right! Adding it now! Thanks, Jordan.
January 8, 2016 at 4:21 pm in reply to: Christmas Emergency! Likebox showing up in Product Woocommerce #562081Hey, sorry about that! Our intern had informed us it was fixed but the issue still seems to be persistent. The issue is in the bottom right of the page.
Hey! Thanks so much – will be trying this today. Happy New Year.
Thanks so much! I appreciate the help!
Nope. :( The logo and the touch menu on mobiles are still overlapping down onto the slider. Would you like access to the website to troubleshoot?
That doesn’t seem to work. :( The mobile menu and the logo are both overlapping onto the top of the slider on mobile still…
Sorry to double reply! I’d like to also decrease the bottom space underneath the logo and above the navigation.
Works great!! Thanks so much!
I had another issue occur, however…. Client requested a 2nd widget – a centered tagline – in the header. I had no problems doing that and creating it… I specifically set a media query on mobile to HIDE the 2nd widget since it was pretty much useless… However, now the background stops halfway across the normal logo. Can you please give me guidance on how to fix this issue? Thanks! Attached is a screenshot
Awesome! That’s an improvement. Is there any way to limit the space in the header, specifically top padding?
Hi Ishmael! Hope you had a great weekend.
Unfortunately, this doesn’t seem to work. Would the next step be you logging into the website to test yourself? I do apologize for the back and forth – but we have not had any resolution to the matter. Thank you for troubleshooting!
Hi, Andy! Could you screenshot your end? We’ve tried multiple solutions and can not even pull up the iFrame with external page showing on Chrome and Firefox even now.
I am hoping to make the iFrames pull in the external website?
Firefox: https://gyazo.com/9a6996935f3d24a2e639b65c245b32d6
Safari: https://gyazo.com/856a641bd6bc4874f84679df54824c63In Safari, like I mentioned before, works. Chrome/Firefox does NOT. Am I missing something?
As a note, adblock is disabled as well.
After this issue is focused on, I’ll bring up the mobile/responsiveness issues. :)
Well, Safari works fine – it’s Chrome and Firefox that doesn’t work?
Anyway, we will be implementing iframes quite heavily for race times, so here is a few URLS that we’ve plugged in that do not work.
