But I would like to change all of these English texts like “read more”, “reply”, “post comment” all texts users can see on the backend (Blog)

Hi there!
I have the same issue with the email icon i use for my web.
it opens in the email prgram bt in the email address says: mailto: (Email address hidden if logged out)

I configured it with my business email.
