Hi Jordan,
thanks a lot for your fast response. We indeed overlooked this option. Thank you for hinting us in the right direction.
Have a nice weekend.
MichaelHi Jordan,
after I understood your answer correctly, everything works as expected :)To clearify my mistake for others: Jordan talks about using his proposal instead of changing .single-post as mentioned in the referenced answer.
Thanks Jordan.
Kind regards,
MichaelHi Rikard,
sorry for jumping in, but we have exactly the same problem. If you have a look on this URL: http://www.isn.eu.com/category/maritime-security/
You can see all of the entries in this category – which of course is correct. But we cannotfind out how to edit the category page to remove the sidebar on the right. Which is not only showing the categories but also all pages – even password protected ones.
Best regards,
MichaelHi Josue,
problem solved :)The solution was the PHP version!
I recognized that we are in the process of updating our own website also. And of course this is on the same provider and certainly we will use Enfold for this, too :)
So I tested the form there, and everything works like a charme. Then checked the htaccess file from MCE and the client…
On the MCE-Site we’ve added a handler to use PHP 5.4, after I added this to the clients site, evrything is okay.
So finally we can say: Enfold run’s with PHP 5.2 but not with the Contactform!
Hope this helps someone else out, too.
Thank you for your effords and of course the great theme.
BR
MichaelHi Josue,
thanks for having a look on it.I just updated the PHP Memory setting as advised. I also installed WP Memory usage to check if it’s really working. It does: 256M.
But plugin is still not working. I also noticed that it takes a very long time after submitting the form, and then it only shows an empty place – where a short message should be written.
I’ll send an email to our provider too, maybe they can have a look in the apache error log.
BR,
MichaelThis reply has been marked as private.Ouch, sorry…I only read the conditional stuff, but missed this one.
Thank you and have a nice weekend.
Works like a charm.
Again, I’m impressed. If every company would have support like yours, the world would be much better :)
Thanks Yigit

I’m really sorry that I’ve bothered you for nothing.I just had a look in the backend and everything works as expected. Where Invers was set to yes, it’s yes, where it is disabled, it shows No.
I didn’t recognize this yesterday. Mayve looked in the wrong row, wrong browser window – whatever.Sorry again, thank you for responding and close this issue.
Regards,
Michael -
