We moved the live server data to a local server to test as we want to keep the dev server as it is to try compare why it is working and the live is not. We’ve found no code errors or issues yet. The only issue we can see is the number of pages created is greater on the dev than the local/live and this volume of pages/data appears to have caused the error which is why they told me to contact them creator of the theme as this is the source of the error. If you are unable to help them we’ll try to create a work around through a child theme. Thanks
We’ve also noticed that YOAST SEO won’t open in the Layout Builder. Again we’ve not changed anything other than to just build more pages on the site.
As mentioned above, currently we’re not able to create or edit any pages or post on our website so could really do with some feedback on this. We have a full time development team looking at the issue but they are saying it is an internal issue with the enfold theme and the update hasn’t fixed it.

Hi Rikard, updating the PHP will require a huge amount of work and the dev server is on the same PHP version as the live. Also the live was working fine until we created more pages. It seems to be a page quantity issue on the site. Currently we’re unable to change, update or create any new pages on our website so it’s a major issue for us. Our developers have been through all the code and cannot find anything so asked me to contact yourselves.
Yes I have Litespeed and W3 plugins active and when I deactivated them both the issue resolved. So that must be what is causing it.
No we’ve not fixed the issue this time by using the revisions feature as we wanted to have the issue available to view. However, we’ll have a look as you say to see if we can see the issue.

Yes it only affects this one page and there is a lot of content on the page and somewhere something in the code is broken.
The issue has arisen on this page numerous times and we can resolve it temporarily by reverting back several revisions and then it seems to work again for a few days and a few more updates then breaks once more, always at the same section regardless of where the update is.
Hi Mike, thank you for this! I actually decided to change it to the Fullscreen Slider in the end as works the same but looks much better on mobile and that doesn’t have the same error. But I’ve updated this anyway just in case I revert back.

Ismael”Thanks, turns out that isn’t the issue and this QUICK CSS code solves the problem:

}}However, it only solves the issue on my development server which is an exact copy of the live, so live seems to be stuck with the same problem and looks like my developers have done something here which they’ll need to fix.

Thanks Rikard, but my developers had previously hardcoded into the child theme for the logo to not show on the home page.
What I wanted was to know if there was quick css for hiding it on all pages OR moving it flush left. I’m confused why the logo’s don’t show flush left on this them as it just looks odd in 4.3 where as there was an easy fix on previous versions.
I presumed there should be some easy way to just have it disappear site wide if you didn’t want it as the way it currently shows we’d be better off without it if the issue of alignment can’t be fixed.

Ok that’s very surprising to here that there isn’t a bit of quick css to remove the logo or push it to the left as before 4.3 it was very easy to do. I’ll get my developers to do a hardcode adjustment to this then.

We had the same issue on the development server as well so what we did is turned off all plugins and retested and the issue still remained. So it doesn’t seem to be a plugin, could it possibly be anything else? A setting in our theme?
