It’s the line underneath the Special Heading.
So in this case you see “About Us” – then there’s the line below it.
It’s part of the special heading. You telling me to “remove it in the backend” is your fix, really? If I could do that I wouldn’t be here. Did you not see the original post? I’ve tried to 2 fixes I saw in your support table, namely:

display: none !important;
}.special-heading-inner-border {
display: none;
}Neither will remove that line.
So again, how do I remove the line that’s underneath the About Us as in the sample above? Also, I have no idea what you mean say ing is is a Separator (it shows like a line in ALB). What is ALB?
I’m not referring to the lines in my header above and below the header. I’m talking about the line in the Special Heading which is below About Us.

Perfect. I kept doing that but could see it. It was a little box at the top that I didn’t see. Expanded it and it’s perfect. Thanks again
If I can’t fix this then I can’t use your theme and I’ve spent months creating a website. If I can’t fix, how do I get a full refund?
I set up a network for multisite. Now I’m trying to create a subdirectory. Now I’m using NS CLoner but can use whichever you say to use. Problem is it completes duplication. But when I click the site I cannot get to Dashboard is says “ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS”
When I go to the website the format is totally not at all duplicating my Enfold theme that I have already set up in my main website.
I just need to be able to create a subdirectory, that’s what I need to do. I’ve used all the different Cloners I could find and none of them work. If you need to login please let me know and I’ll send details.Tried to copy one with NS Cloner and it says there’s a problem with .htaccess – click on the link and this is what Network Settings show:

So I’ve installed the network. And I’ve used multiple different duplicators. But when I try to access dashboard on the new site, it gives me a 404 error.
