ok on my frontend it looks like this:

the backend builder seems to work now again.

I set my PHP Version to 7.3 as suggested. (even if i set it to 7.4 or 7.2 doesn’t change anything on my site).

Also in the loading protocol of the site it says:
WebSocket connection to ‘wss://public-api.wordpress.com/pinghub/wpcom/me/newest-note-data’ failed: Unexpected response code: 403

I just contacted the WordPress support and they stated that my site already has a ssl certificate.
