Didn’t seem to work but I inspected the element in firefox and this worked:

Tried the code from pastebin and it worked perfectly, also tried peters code again and that worked so I must of copied it wrong :(
Cheers.The trouble (Which I forgot to mention sorry) is the image linking to the the category is also in that category.
For it to work the masonry element would have to have an option to use a custom link and name that is separate to the image custom link and name which i’m pretty sure is not possible without a major change to the code. So I think I’ll just have to re-upload the same image but change it’s filename to something else.Hi Peter,

Don’t know much about php coding so can’t spot the error myself.

Would take me ages to alphabetically arrange over a hundred images manually.When viewing the images in lightbox.only the caption is shown underneath so I’ve had to copy the image titles to caption box.
If the the image titles were shown when scrolling through the images in lightbox then I could change a caption to a category name..
Unless there’s part of the code I could change to make the lightbox show image titles?Thanks,
Is there a way to change the text underneath each image?
I need the first page to have category names underneath but it just displays the title of the image.
I see you can edit the text underneath the images when editing the gallery but there’s no option to display that text instead of the image title.Hi, thanks for the link but the instructions don’t seem to be working.
I’ve added it to the child themes function.php saved it, gone to the page with the masonry gallery, and there’s no extra sort option when editing it. I’ve tried refreshing the page and restarting the browser but still no luck. :(
