the problem we have concerns the title of the form. We have not inserted any title, instead it appears on the published page. I am attaching two scrrenshots so you can see for yourself

unfortunately the problem does not seem to be solved …
I think the problem is related to the background image of the “section color”details:

when I uploaded the image the panel changed my size.Example like this: http://www.new.assofram.it/wp-content/uploads/2018/07/logo_alto_15-300×43.png
-300×43 ? new dimension ?
I simply rewrote it like this: http://www.new.assofram.it/wp-content/uploads/2018/07/logo_alto_15.png
everything works fine now … thank you ;)
