I am having the same issues on my app demo. It looks like several users are having this problem and it pertains to the app demo. Could it be the new icon font you are providing?

I wanted to follow up and see if the FTP information worked. Please let me know what I can do to fix this issue. I’ve never had issues with your theme on the other sites I’ve purchased it for. I would hate to have to delete the entire site, just to start over with the page builder.

MattJust wanted to follow up on the page builder issue and see if there was any solution to using your theme on this website.
Please notice that when editing a page or creating a new one, you can’t jump back an forth from the default editor to the advanced layout editor as well as save advanced editor content.
I’ve made both attempts at correcting the issue with the plug-ins, cache, and additional code to the functions.php
I am still having the same issues with the theme’s page builder. I’ve included my ftp information and wp-login credentials

I’ve updated to 3.8.4 and the page builder is still broken. Any assistance would be appreciated.
Please disregard the last post. I noticed the snippet you posted in the highlight box. The code that I pasted in the functions.php file worked like a charm. Thank you!

We have reinstalled all our plugins, as instructed, but the animations still do not register for any on-view commands.
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. We have over a 100 pages on the theme that have these built in.

The API key is already inlace, but the dashboard says I am running the latest version of enfold, and does not allow us to update.
Do I need to download the latest version and re-upload to the theme folder?

Our website recently went down because our database was filled with spam queries. Everything is back up and running with the log-in information I sent in the previous messages.

I’ve created 100+ slides ,and they all appear on the Layerslider WP list, however, not all of them appear on the Advanced Layerslider’s drop down list while in the Avia Layout Builder. How can I see all of my sliders on the AL drop down list? I didn’t have this problem until recently, and I tryed increasing the php memory to 128mb. Nothing has worked, and my website is at a standstill.
Please Help.
