I did enter the incorrect credentials and I apologize for that, the correct credentials are provided in the private area

If this can’t be sorted out can I receive a refund so I can get a different theme?

I did, I turned them all off and tried everything again and still having the same problems.

I have already done that (did 256 instead of 128) and it had no impact sadly.
