You can close. Just wondering why the CSS editor works for some edits but for others, I need to edit the PHP?
That worked thank you! Except using it in the CSS editor through the theme doesn’t work. I just need to go directly to the PHP file.
I did get it to work with that code – thank you! Except using it in the CSS editor through the theme doesn’t work. Just needed to go directly to the PHP file.
No, unfortunately that code did not work @rikard @Guenni007
I’ve gotten it to work using
.avia-caption-title, .avia-caption-content, .avia-slideshow-button {
text-shadow: 5px 1px 1px rgba(51,63,72,0.4) !important;
}I removed the code block and youtube video is still not loading
Here are updated credentials.
Here you go!
Social media icons are also not showing up on blog post and other sharing options

Hi Mike, so I just created a new post and the featured image is still cropped. Please see link.
Oh I found the answer here https://kriesi.at/support/topic/this-element-was-disabled-in-your-theme-settings/ for the Performance Settings issues. Not sure what triggered that. I will take a look at the featured image solution now.
Hey did you do anything else on the site? I have not done work on the site since posting my question and now it looks like this:

I am very confused on what happened. Everything is completely messed up.Hi Basilis, I have already installed this plugin and as you can see form the previous comments, it is not changing the featured blog post image.
My main concern is how the featured image renders on individual blog posts. If it could just not be cropped that would be ideal.
Thank you!
You are correct! I think I had other code that was doing something funky. My last question is how to change the button font color from pink to a color that matches my site.
Thanks!December 11, 2019 at 5:17 am in reply to: I would like my header to be a transparent black on scroll #1164702Thank you! Works perfectly!
December 10, 2019 at 4:26 am in reply to: I would like my header to be a transparent black on scroll #1164289Thank you, this almost does it! There is a point when you first start scrolling that the font turns to dark gray and when you get further down the page it then turns to white. I am not sure where in my settings it is changing it to that dark grey, but I would like it to go straight to the white.
Also, is there a way to keep the button orange while the font turns white?This did not work :( it made the formatting very strange and added the popup as part of the page at the bottom.
December 9, 2019 at 9:25 pm in reply to: I would like my header to be a transparent black on scroll #1164194Hi Rikard, I changed the menu color in the Transparency options, but this made no change to the menu font color while scrolling. I would like to have the menu font color change to white when I scroll down on the page.
Hi Mike, I tried turning the cropping off for featured and featured_large. This changes the homepage banner but is not affecting the blog featured image on the blog post or where it is featured on the homepage.
Yes, here you go.

Thank you!
Hello, I’ve added the Simple Image Sizes plugin and changed entry_with_sidebar size and entry_without_sidebar size to no cropping and regenerated the thumbnails, but it does not seem to be working.
October 30, 2019 at 10:22 pm in reply to: Moving meta info to below title on individual blog posts. #1152535Thank you for your help, this code helped with the text alignment, but for some reason it crops the image in a strange way, when the image should be displaying in its original dimensions?
September 24, 2019 at 4:11 pm in reply to: Moving meta info to below title on individual blog posts. #1141429Hello!
The meta information centered.
And then the “I wonder what this will appear like” which is the body copy, left aligned. -
