I’ve managed to sort it out. It was easier just to upload to youtube and embed, works fine now. Thanks for the follow up.

Ok, we’ve seemed to have fixed this. It appears that by changing the URL in the image upload section to just /wp (we removed our url) it sorted it out. Not sure why it all of a sudden stopped working, but it’s fixed now. Thanks for your help Enfold.

Hi, thanks for the reply. It’s in all browsers (FF, IE, SAF & Chrome) I’ve check it on mac and pc, same issue. Ismael, can you clear you cache and retry, I think you’ve visit out site before on a previous help issue. many thanks
