Do you now if there’s anyway I can see which of my Enfold licenses have been activated? I just don’t know which ones i’ve downloaded and used for which site.
An easier way of asking that question would be, can i update all 3 of my Enfold themes using one download (I do have 3 enfold licenses)
Hi all,
We’ve finally managed to fix the problem. It seemed to be something to do with the WordPress installer ‘Tool’ from 1&1 (our hosting provider). We basically started from scratch and manually installed WordPress on the server, without using the tool and now everything works fine.

No it was the first theme. I’ve tried a couple of dummy menues and get the same thing. I’ve also tried it on another server that I run (totally seperate and not connected in any way – other than the hosting provider which is 1&1) and the same thing happens. I get to about 65 menu items, if I add anymore if doesnt save them.
I’ve updated that but it’s unfortunately having no efffect. Even if i just try to add one more link in the menu it won’t save.

I’ve just tried to re-check the box and every time do that and press Save Menu it just reverts back to the tick box being unchecked.

Yes thats exactly whats happening, but for some reason it keeps unchecking itself everytime I move or add a page to the menu. I’ve started a new menu from scratch to see if that made any difference and it only seems to do it when there’s lots of pages on there.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
