Hi Victoria,
Thank you for responding. Sorry it took me so long to respond. So I fixed the original problem but I have a site doing the same thing. I’ve narrowed it down to the theme which is throwing the error. I was not able to get in the back end so I went in to my file manager and disabled all of my plugins. I was then able to get into the back end but the site is still white. If I change to another theme it works fine, just not enfold. If I click the enfold tab on the left side of the dashboard it takes me to a blank screen. I put the error log and the 404.php into the private info section. Hopefully you can help me.
Thanks,
James

Hi,
I did that already. I contacted godaddy because on other threads I saw that it might be a issue with the back end mail servers. They told me that its not a issue with them and that it may be a theme problem or a wordpress problem. I see many other people with this problem but on no thread do I see a solution. I use Enfold for how well its optimized and for the ease of use and customization. In fact if you look at my profile you can see I’ve bought it about a dozen times and currently its the only theme I use. I was hoping to find a fix for this. This is extremely frustrating. Please help.Thank you
Okay done… Just to let you know this is happening to all of the sites I’ve built with enfold. All the other sites are also using Office 365
