I changed to “use block editor” and this menu appeared, in “WP clasick editor” it disappeared,

advanced settings
default settings have changed in all galleries
from Use custom link (fallback is no link)
to lightbox linking activemy question is how to change this to the default to “Use custom link (fallback is no link) ” in all galleries

I uninstalled smush and it’s okaysorry for the confusion
the problem returned and causes it on 100% ShortPixel
