Hi!
@Yigit ! Still not fixed but there is a small improvement! So may be there is hope ;)
Now in SAFARI the text moves just once and then stays fixed. But the green section and the footer keep moving.
For CHROME & FIREFOX no changes from what I see (I refreshed and emptied cash).
@Andy : Thank you very much Andy I appreciate. I can send you my admin access if you give me your mail? Let me know if this is enough for you (I’m thinking of my child css file? will you be able to check it if needed?)Hey!
Oh no… can’t believe I didn’t see the google map element was avalaible in ALB with these options (including the marker!)! Made my map from the widgets area… OK that’s great Yigit, I changed it by the “ALB” one and it’s perfect on Firefox too… :)
As we say in France : why make it simple when we can make it complicated!!?
Thank you!
Best regards,
MarieHey!
You’re too good Yigit!
Thanks!!Regards,
MarieOctober 20, 2014 at 4:47 pm in reply to: Little bug Easy slider on Safari / Impact on font weight #338449Hi!
Thanks to both of you for the feedback. I’ve just asked a friend to check on her mac and she noted the same issue. Not that I don’t want to trust you ! ;)) but let me insist : The up&down movement is VERY discrete I must admit (but I’m kind of maniac girl and once you’ve noticed it you can’t ignore it anymore and it’s annoying!!). Once again the problem for me comes from the EASYSLIDER for sure. As soon as the “sliding” is not active anymore -> no more problem. And this happens for both Safari, Chrome, Firefox. Please really focus on the first paragraph under the slider (while it’s playing). If you see something at last, then you will notice the same problem for other elements below (the green changing color area, the footer…). Forgive me for insisting this way… hope you don’t think I’m crazy guys!! I’m just very “punctilious” and I like to “understand”… Waiting to hear from you…
Thanks again.

MarieOctober 20, 2014 at 3:17 pm in reply to: Little bug Easy slider on Safari / Impact on font weight #338369Hi Yigit!
Actually my flickering issue is both on safari, chrome and firefox if you read message from october 14 :
For me the problem is that “slight elements MOVING problem” / Safari, Chrome, Firefox / cf. Page “nos recherches”
I’m using Mac OS 10.6.8 (I’m not upgrading voluntarily for some software reasons)
Safari 6.2 + Chrome 38.0.2125.104 + Firefox 33.0Thanks Yigit!! Really hope this can be fixed…
Best regards,
MarieOops sorry! last question ->
The “link” and “quote” post formats look diffently than the others.
For example for the link post format -> on the main blog page -> the post title doesn’t appear -> instead we have “read more”…
For quote format -> different formatting again.
Is there a way to have those post formats looking like the default one ? -> always have the main post title appear in the main blog page.
Thank you again!
Kind regards,
MarieAll right it works ! Thanks Ismael !
Best regards,
MariePerfect. Thanks a lot Ismael!
Regards,
MarieThanks you Ismael but this is very confusing for me…
https://kriesi.at/support/topic/customize-and-hide-some-post-formats/#post-232570 -> There are different subjects in this thread, php code to add, css code to add, depending on the subject… and it’s hard for me to sort it out!-> Forget about “how to add post formats”. I’ll eventually look to that later.
-> But please can you be more precise on HOW TO CHANGE/REPLACE ICONS (the BLOG POSTS ones). What should I put in child functions.php & also (if needed) what should I add in child css file?
Thank you for your patience and your help.
Kind regards,
MarieHey Yigit!
Same request.
1. Changing “image_hotspot.php” file
I’ve opened the “image_hotspot.php” file but I would need more precisions -> where specifically should I replace #ffffff by my color. Also can I copy this php file in my child folder rather than change the original one? If so is it better to let the entire code of this file (with my custom color changes), or to only put code lines concerning my custom color?
2. Custom class css ?
Rather than changing php file, is there not an easier way and could I rather make a custom class? That would allow me to use both a custom color and the white default color if needed…(depending on the image). If so -> could you help me with the code I should put in my child css file?
Thanks for your help!Kind regards,
MarieAnd a second issue/question!
N°2 /
When you create a blog post in the admin, you can choose between 7 icons (cf. default, video, gallery, image etc..). Would it be possible to add another one ? I’ve already uploaded a “PDF” icon from fontello which I’d like to be able to choose for some specific posts.
Thanks again!Regards,
MarieFinally solved. I’ve changed my permalinks settings to site.com/%postname%/
Please can you still advice -> I see some sites have the “site.com/blog/postname”
What structure is considered as “the best” if any ? According to what criterias ?Thanks a lot.
Regards,Marie
Hey !
Yes I just saw that an hour ago !! So strange… I didn’t change anything…
And today the scrolling (nous connaitre page) is very smooth and nice like never before whithout me doing anything !!! ??
Sometimes things change mysteriously… and you guys are going to think I’m just crazy ;))Anyway, regarding Google Map -> it’s still not grayscale on Firefifox (and never has been). Anything I could do ?
Thank you Yigit!
Cheers,
MarieSorry I was wrong in my code. Changed it but still doesn’t seem to have any impact. (it’s a “fontello” style, not an “entypo-fontello” one.
Thanks!$avia_config['font_icons'] = apply_filters('avf_default_icons', array( //post formats + types 'video' => array( 'font' =>'fontello', 'icon' => 'ue800'), //image hover overlays 'ov_video' => array( 'font' =>'fontello', 'icon' => 'ue800'), ));
May be a question of “permalink” that brings to “a page” (??) though it should bring to a “post”… ? But I can’t figure it out…
Thanks for your help.
MarieAll right great! Thank you again.

Looks good.
Best regards,
MarieHi Josue!
Sorry one last question!!
Now that it works, what should I do if I want to use several .hr with this gradient on a same page? put the same class name in the custom class field for each .hr ? Or do I have to create a custom class with a different name for each .br of the page? Thank you again.Best regards,
MarieOctober 15, 2014 at 9:22 am in reply to: Little bug Easy slider on Safari / Impact on font weight #336012Hey Ismael!
Thank you very much for your reply. Unfortunately the flickering issue is still there… on MAC at least.
I’ve left the code you gave me in my style.css if you want to check “live” its “non-impact”…
Any other idea to fix this issue ?
Thanks for your help.
Kind regards,
MarieHey Yigit!
1. Thank you very much ! It works ! I just had to adjust at 102px rather than 98.When you have time, please don’t forget me for following issues :
2. How to adjust anchors/sections positions ? When I click on a submenu item it goes to the good section but the beginning of the section is hidden under the submenu.
3. Anchors don’t work at all in Safari.
And I’m adding a number 4… sorry :)
4. Is there a trick to have a nice smoothing scrolling effect like in the restaurant one page enfold demo ?Thank you again for your help.
Kind regards,
MarieHey Josue!
That works good !! Thank you ! Thank you !!!Regards,
MarieHi Josue,
Thank you very much but this link was already given by Ismael (oct 13). I tried to implement it and it didn’t work. See the code I put above.
Thank you.
MarieThe “actual” code.
Thanks,
Marie/* Gradient color for hr element */ .mc-hr-gradientcolor .hr-inner { bordercolor: #00c472; bordercolor: -moz-linear-gradient(left, #00c472 0%, #3cd52e 100%); bordercolor: -webkit-gradient(linear, left top, right top, color-stop(0%,#00c472), color-stop(100%,#3cd52e)); bordercolor: -webkit-linear-gradient(left, #00c472 0%,#3cd52e 100%); bordercolor: -o-linear-gradient(left, #00c472 0%,#3cd52e 100%); bordercolor: -ms-linear-gradient(left, #00c472 0%,#3cd52e 100%); bordercolor: linear-gradient(to right, #00c472 0%,#3cd52e 100%); filter: progid:DXImageTransform.Microsoft.gradient( startColorstr='#00c472', endColorstr='#3cd52e',GradientType=1 ); }
Hey Yigit!
Thanks for your help but it still doesn’t work… (I refreshed & empty cash)
I put your code without underscore in “border-color” -> bordorcolorI tried with
.mc-hr-gradientcolor .hr-inner { etc…
Also with
.mc-hr-gradientcolor .hr-custom .hr-inner { etc…
And at last (just in case / but I guess I have to put the name of my own custom class…) with
.hr-custom .hr-inner { etc…Never thought it would be that complicated to have a custom gradient .hr !! :((
Thank you!

MarieOctober 14, 2014 at 9:35 am in reply to: Sticky widget or right bar for a vertical fixed submenu #335473Hi Josue,
Thanks for you answer.
I’ll make a request then. I noticed that the”floating menu” request I had seen in the “completed” part of the enfold requests page is not there anymore…

October 14, 2014 at 9:09 am in reply to: Little bug Easy slider on Safari / Impact on font weight #335452Hey Ismael,
Thank you. I’ll eventually try that when I’m fixed on the page “composition”. Project is only starting and I’m still waiting for definitive content. For info there is already a space/separator element below the slider on the “nos recherches” page. So I’m not sure it’s a matter of “height” (cf your code) for what concerns the easyslider. Moreover, depending on the browser (on mac for me), the impact of the slideshow can be on the whole page. it’s very “discrete” and I’m not really sure that you’ve noticed it, but if you pay really attention you will notice that some texts and-or images and-or section move up and down very slightly. But no more problem AS SOON AS the easyslider is not “playing” anymore.Once again just to be clear enough :
1. For me the problem is that “slight elements MOVING problem” / Safari, Chrome, Firefox / cf. Page “nos recherches”
2. As for you, on the ENFOLD DEMO, the problem seems to be on Safari (mac) only and is more kind of a little “flashing” problem (texts seems to slightly change of weight on and on) ->>>> And this is for the WHOLE page, including footer etc… For info I also had this same “flashing problem” on my own site BEFORE adding text-rendering css.

MarieOctober 13, 2014 at 6:33 pm in reply to: Font weight renders very different depending on browsers #335101Sure I will kindly wait ;)
Thank you YigitThis reply has been marked as private.October 13, 2014 at 12:41 pm in reply to: Little bug Easy slider on Safari / Impact on font weight #334817Hi Ismael,
I’m not talking about the layer slider. I’m talking about the EASY SLIDER. And the font problem concerns texts that are AROUND the easy slider (not on or in it). Texts move a little at the rhythm of the slides when the easy slider is active. You can check on the pages I told you in my previous message (the enfold one + the one of my site -> page “nos recherches”). For what concerns my own site, text is not getting a little bolder anymore since I have just added some “text-rendering” css and it solved it (but it was getting bolder before that though ALL my fonts are “400”). BUT the text still moves up a little up and down (on chrome too).
And on Enfold demo you will see what i mean (on SAFARI) if you go to “Pages / About” -> see the text at the right of the easy slider -> it gets bolder / normal / bolder / normal etc…
Sorry if I’m not “clear”, I’m trying to do my best with english… ;)Best regards,
