Hi Guenni007,

I can confirm that when using a fontawesome font downloaded from from fontello it gives me an empty square.

When downloading a fontelico font from fontello.com it works.

Some confusion here.
My issue was not fixed yet, I just fixed the support account admin rights so you could login and try to see whats wrong.

Hi Rikard,

I made sure these weren’t cached results. It also happened on another computer on other location.
The problem with this ‘ bug ‘ is that it only happens now and then.
I will try to debug in browser console when it happens to see if I get more info from my browser.
I was hoping other people would recognize this and knew a solution or that you could reproduce the error.

It looks as the icon load animation fails at a certain percent, as the icons are 90% transparent and somewhat smaller. On mouse over however you see in browser the link works fi configured in icon settings.

I will report back in this thread if I have some useful debugging info.

Hi Nikko,

I am facing same issue with video looping. I copied the files you mentioned to my child theme. However. I cant find the code you mention in my video.php file on line 387

The code that I think I might be looking for is located on line 347.
Can you help me out ? I am using the latest version of Enfold v4.6.2
