they said it is not blocked, but some plugin was causing an issue. They tured out the plugins and now you can acess.
The plugins i need are woocommerce.
i do not know what to do with this issue of the plugin, i only use 5 plugins, they are used in many projects.“Magazine image size is 710x375px by default as i mentioned however that image size is small for your layout due to width of your containers. the video shows that i placed a image of 710 / 375 px witch is the default size, so the answer must not be simple change the image size to 875 x 375. I do not know how to re-generate tumbnails and chaning image sizes is simple not affecting the size in the area that i showed.
I do not want you to correct it for me because this is a procedure that i will have to do lots of times.

I am here, for a week trying to get a simple answer. I am not giving my credentials. I do not want you guessing on my website, call some one else who knows what he/she is doing or come back with the right size.
Victoria, i am very angry with this support. This is a very simple issue, and you are not answering my questions. I already tried those sizes and those are not the size that Jordan told me. Seems to me you are guessing and trying to get rid of the problem. Next time i come here and i do not have an answer that leads to the solution, i will have to start complaining in your selling pages.
We are trying for days to simple know a size of your magazine bigger entry. You already could not open an image that is there, then made a question that was already in my text and asked me to try a size that does not work.

I need a size that will work well on desktop and mobiles, or all the sizes that i have to place and where to place them. I am sure it is not new to you, putting an image on the header.
Your screenshot shows nothing. I have a header on the website, with an image on it. In all your answers you are not trying to find a solution. Other were very close but they simple stoped to answer. What happened to this guys? This is not right and i am tired already.
I will have to test untill i figure out myself what is the best size for the background. I can t imagine how giving you the admin will help, but i am sending anyway.
You have the website, and the code to acess it. I want to palce an image as the background of my header. This is a very simple process, that thousands of websites do. I do not have more time for procastination. You can do it or tell me how to do it.
It is very friustrating to come here again and again for more than 20 days and see that nobody is really trying anything to solve to problem. You are not even taking time to read it right.

i am using a image with 1500×400 px and it is much biggr that the header and croping. What is the size opf the image you used in the example jordan?thank you

Also the code given is creating a background in the “icon boxes” places in my home.I need to do exactly what he did but without the problemns in the place i mentioned.
