November 4, 2015 at 7:55 pm in reply to: Removing gray separator line between search box and search results #530385
Hello,
The gray border remains after adding the Quick CSS. Please do a search on the News (blog page). Insert the search term, Test , and the page will show the search box, search results, and a gray separator line in between them. Are there other edits that I can make to make so that the gray line does not appear? Thanks so much, Yigit. The Quick CSS fixed the problem. Many thanks for your prompt assistance!
Yigit,
Thank you so much! The Quick CSS that you suggested fixed the font issue. I thank you and all of your team who helped me with this!
Cordially,
-MamieHi,
Please go to the menu item/page, NEWS and the differences in fonts are the most clear. It’s the Italicized blog post titles (Test 1, Test 2, Test 3) that appear in the footer (underneath LATEST NEWS) and in the blog’s sidebar (underneath RECENT POSTS) that continue to look strange.
They do not look like they are in Arimo font, especially capital letter T in the word, Test.
Hi,
I’ve set the user to administrator. I added the Quick CSS above and there was no change in the blog post titles (still looks like Old Sans font instead of the Arimo font that I want).Arimo font appears throughout the entire website, except for:
a. Titles of blog posts in the FOOTER (the blog post titles are: Test 1, Test 2, Test 3) – Under LATEST NEWS
b. Titles of blog posts in the blog sidebar – Under RECENT POSTS in the blog page’s (NEWS menu item) Sidebar
For a. and b., the font looks like Open Sans. I would like for the titles of blog posts to be in Arimo font. My goal is for the entire website to use only the Arimo font.

July 14, 2015 at 9:22 pm in reply to: Fullwidth Easy Slider images will not upload from the library #473440The images upload with no problem when I use the image (JPEG and tiff) as the Media Element, Image. It’s only a problem when I upload using Fullwidth Easy Slider. The images are not too large.
My images, when uploaded to the library, says there are no image data, even though there are image data. So I can’t edit the images, either. But images that I grab from a large organization such as a university are no problem.
I do not have a memory limit. Any other suggestions ?
July 14, 2015 at 4:55 pm in reply to: Fullwidth Easy Slider images will not upload from the library #473303Actually I am having this problem when I try to upload JPEG and tiff files, all created from my digital camera so it’s not an issue of tiff which I can convert. If since JPEG also is a problem, what can be done to make it be uploadable?
July 14, 2015 at 6:43 am in reply to: Fullwidth Easy Slider images will not upload from the library #472831I just disabled all of the plugins and then tried to upload an image created from my digital camera, to the Fullwidth Easy Slider and it still did not work. Other suggestions?

July 13, 2015 at 2:46 am in reply to: Fullwidth Easy Slider images will not upload from the library #472126Any solution(s) to my problem with uploading digital photo files created by my digital camera? I’m running into problems uploading them when using Fullwidth Easy Slider, but no problem when uploading when I have to insert Image on the Media Element.
July 10, 2015 at 6:27 am in reply to: Fullwidth Easy Slider images will not upload from the library #471283Dear Rikard,
Thank you for your reply. Actually, all of my media files have names that have extensions that are all lower case (.jpg and .tiff ). The problem:As a test, I upload 2 digital photo files from art museums, also .jpg files. Those files uploaded fine. But it seems it may be a problem because when I try to EDIT my own personal photo files, I get an error message: “Image data does not exist.” If the image data are not there (e.g., they don’t have the dimensions of the photo), how can I get my personal photo files to upload into the slider?
Also, these photos CAN upload when I just want Image as a content image. So it’s in the Slider where I’m running into the problem. What to do so that images upload regardless of the Media Element that I’m using?
Thanks,
-MamieThanks, that’s what I needed!

Hi, Elliott,
Looks like Content Blocks is a widget that I have to get separately. No problem.
Thanks,
