I did all these protocols on my site and it then worked when all plugins were uninstalled. As I activated them one by one until all were activated it worked for about 5 minutes and then came with same error. Then when deactivating all plugins again it just wont work at all.

as for the custom server setup, I don’t know as these are two different service providers. The last plugin I installed on my current problem site was W3Total
Are you aware of problems with this plugin and enfold?

Thank you for your response.

I was battling because my client has redirects on all his domains. These point to his current live website. When I open a sub-domain on cPanel I have never had the preview go to the live site before -that is what is confusing me but I believe it is because he has a redirect all setup on cPanel so that is what I need to resolve.

I am assuming that then I will be able to functionally view the pages I am working on designing.

Please accept my apologies for the delayed response. It is changes made mainly to the pages but I have also had a few of the menu changes that did not update immediately.

Sorry, yes I understand you are focussed on enfold theme. I thought there might a trick when Contact form 7 is utilised in the Enfold theme as I have tried all CSS options I have found on youtube etc. and they don’t seem to work.

A quick follow-up on the above. I have added the above code for the link to the contact page and it works perfectly on a desktop but not on the mobile – please assist with this.

Thank you for your response. I added the code into the functions.php and put the css into general styling but I now have an “overview button” at the top of my screen instead of a flyout on the right hand side. I also need to have it link to the contact page when I generate it (I have not designed the contact page as yet.
It must also be sticky and move down the page as in the example I sent through (www.defendoor.co.za)

Thank you for responding. one font is from google but not the other that has been requested from the client. What I dont understand is that it was working a day ago and during the whole build process – it just stopped working yestersday

Hi Rikard, I tried that on the cell containing just the image but it did not work. Could it have something to do with image size? I removed the demo theme images and replaced with mine – thats when it stopped working.

I deleted the layerslider on the About Us page and the page now loads. I will redo the layerslider and see if I can insert again otherwise I will just change the concept.

Thank you so much for your response. I have tried the Empty Cache and Hard Reload a couple of times and sadly this doesn’t work. The issue is only happening with 1 page – the “About Us” page – it shows only the logo and menu bar. When I do the refreshes it shows a bit of the text for about a second and then goes blank or white again.

All the other pages are perfect.
