Thanks Nikki – I’ve connected with my server team and we temporarily disabled caching to see if the issue resolved, but it did not affect anything. They said the issue is in the theme files somewhere.
I’ve also attempted switching to the parent theme and back to the child, and that didn’t affect anything.
