Thank you Nikko,

I tried again, this time I updated WordPress, then the 2 built in themes.
I then updated Enfold and it took about 10 mins to update, but it worked.

Update:

The 2 updates I installed were:

Wordpress 5.6.1 to 5.6.2

and

Enfold 4.7.6.4 to 4.8.1.

I’ve had to revert to a backup before these updates to recover my site.
