Hey Rikard,
I see that the website is now working in Firefox with no errors. I think I was correct about the JS/jQuery being blocked by the browser (Firefox) due to Google having detected that the site was previously hacked and marking it as deceptive.
Last night I added the site to Google Search Console and manually submitted the site for a review. This seems to now have sorted out the issue I believe. All seems good now :)
Thanks for your help.
Hey Rikard,
I have pushed the site live already. It’s just really odd. I have probably taken 70+ sites live in my time and I have never seen this issue. Also really strange that it only seems to affect Firefox and no other browser.
I took the site live on the old host. I got a small issue there. So I took the site live on the longer URL (a different server – VPS and not shared hosting). the site here at the longer URL is working perfectly. So I decided to take this version live on the shorter URL as I know that this version is working perfectly. So that’s what I did. Both sites are identical versions but the one works in Firefox and the other doesn’t. So weird.
I followed the exact same process each time as I have done for the 70+ other sites I have taken live. So I am really stumped as to what the issue could be.
I still get all the JS/jQuery issues in Firefox if I switch themes/disable plugins. I have also installed a fresh copy of WP.
Any further help would be greatly appreciated.
February 18, 2021 at 10:23 am in reply to: Privacy Toggle – Toggle for Google Fonts not working #1281952Hi Ismael,
Thanks for your reply.
I think I see what the issue is now. I was referring to the heading font which is PT Sans Narrow. This Google font does not come natively installed with Enfold so I had to add it manually via a font .zip file import. So this font is not actually being queried from the Google Fonts API but being loaded now via the theme. So the privacy toggle would not affect this :)
So all good. Thanks for your help.

November 22, 2019 at 3:43 pm in reply to: UI Datepicker (Gravity Forms) – Showing at bottom of page when not selected #1159201Hi Victoria,
But I want the Datepicker to have padding.
In any case, it seems okay now. I just checked the page again and it seems like it is now not showing up at the bottom of the page even with it’s padding and not being selected. Weird.
So all seems good ;)
Thank you.
Hey Rikard,
Oh okay. In the Dev Tools Console. I thought it was some specific tool you were using.
I just signed up for the free 365-day trial with $300 credit. All seems good now :)
Weird how I never had this setup and all was working fine and then it suddenly wasn’t.
Thanks so much for your help. I really appreciate it ;)
Have a great day.
Hey Rikard,
Where do you see that error message?
I regenerated a new key but the issue still seems to persist :(
Thanks.
Hi,
It seems that the issue has resolved itself. Please could you kindly mark this as resolved.
Thanks.
