Are you getting this error?: Acceso bloqueado por seguridad. Rogamos contacte con su proveedor de hosting // Access denied by security. Please contact your hosting provider

One of your mates just replied me having the same trouble, he asked me if I have any IP ranges blocking.

Did you got this error the first time you tried to log in?

I’m trying to check what he asked me but it doesn’t seem we have any blocking. Do you know if there is any way we can check ?

Hey Andy!

I did so but it didn’t solve the problem!
Feel free to activate or desactivate whatever you thing may be causing the problem.

I don’t have acces to the FTP so I will like to try any other opcions before. Also if at the end I have to eliminate all the filles and install enfold again I have a question: I have bought the theme so many times so I don’t know exactly wich one of my download list is for this website. There is any way to know it? A code of something?

In addiition, to don’t lose any information should i do I back up and then I wouldn’t have any probelm to restore everything?

Sorry! I have changed the funcions.php and the page went down! I’m trying to fix the problem but I can’t acces the ftp so I’m waiting for an answer from my hosting ! I let you know as soon as it fixed! T.T Hopefully today!

I don’t really undestand the last part tho, what to you mean by: “What matters is what information you add to theme options if you want to update it from WordPress”

My plan right know is just dowload the update by themeforest and sent the files to the person who manages the server so he can do it by ftp. Will that be ok?

Yes absolutly! I sent you the link in the private content.

As you can see there are 5 categories:

#joblau should be blue
#jogroc should be yellow
#joverd should be green
#jomarro should be brown

the other one it’s ok in the pink color.

Also, how can I change the text of the botton read more? The page is in catalan and need to show “Llegeix més”.
