So are you telling me that the instructions I read were not correct? That making a menu item a mega menu would enable the use of icons – and the best way to add an icon is to create a shortcode in a page and copy and paste it into the menu? Is that information not correct?

And now I need a plugin?
Am I understanding this correctly?
