Hi Nikko,
It appears that those are the current permission settings for files and folders.

This reply has been marked as private.Hi Rikard,
I put the link for the site in private content. I was actually able to manually upload the new version via FTP so that seems to have done the trick, now the only problem is that my contact page seems to have gotten stuck in between the old and new versions and I can not use Avia builder with content that is there. If I go to use Avia, it says “You got content in your editor that can’t be convert to Layout Builder content. Click OK if you want to proceed and lose this content. “
Hey Dude,
Thanks – I actually tried doing that and for some reason the comments section wasn’t showing in preview, however, it’s showing on the live site. I also liked the “related items” section but I guess I can live without that for the time being. Thanks for your suggestion!
Perfect, I just needed the link to the framework loader. Thanks!
Yup – pretty tough to get a screenshot of an animated gif and have it well represented. Here’s a link to the gif that should be clearer: https://d3hwc4hobpbxnl.cloudfront.net/wp-content/uploads/2017/10/31101105/preloader.gif
The code works, what I’m trying to figure out is how to link to the pre-loaders that Enfold must already be using (for example the spinner overlaid on a product when you purchase it). Very simple, I just don’t know where they exist.
.blockUI.blockOverlay {
background-image: url(‘https://d3hwc4hobpbxnl.cloudfront.net/wp-content/uploads/2017/10/31101105/preloader.gif’) !important;
background-repeat:no-repeat !important;
background-position: center center !important;
}Can you tell me how to attach screenshots to these posts – I cannot figure it out.
Got it – just curious why after updating to the latest Enfold Theme the Layerslider is still saying there’s an update. Shouldn’t I have the latest version of Layerslider? It’s not a huge deal it’s just annoying to see the red 1 next to plugins constantly and I’d like to make it disappear if possible.
Yes I’m pretty sure it can be fixed in the theme – I haven’t tried another theme because so much of the site is tied in with Enfold that I can’t really recreate the problem. I’ve come across other support requests about the same thing and actually was able to style it so that there’s a pre-loader but the spinner doesn’t look good or fit with the theme. Wasn’t sure if you had a pre-loader specifically for Enfold that I could activate with CSS.
Some other support request examples:

Thanks, but it still seems to break the site when I add it. I actually now questioning whether I want the two categories to be separated so I may just come back to it later. Thanks for your suggestions.
Thanks Rikard – I tried it and it shut the shop page down so I’m wondering if the php syntax either on your end or my end (most likely mine) is incorrect. Here is the function exactly as it is pasted into the functions.php of my child theme.
I mean products with $0 dollar amounts categorized as freebies. I’m trying to separate the premium products in my shop (https://linseedstudio.com/shop/) from the freebies (https://linseedstudio.com/product-category/freebies/) but the freebies always show up in the regular shop. I checked the documentation but I wasn’t able to find anything pertaining to this and I thought the solution might somehow tie in with Enfold – it might just be a WooCommerce thing though..
Thanks Ismael – that seems to have corrected the issue.
Hi Victoria,
Here is a link that should better illustrate what I mean. The original image of satellite icon featured is a full circle and you can see it’s trimmed on the top and bottom. I can show you screenshots but I don’t know to attach them.
Hi Rikard,
Sorry it took so long for me to respond – I made the update but it does not seem to have resolved the issue.

Hi Ismael,
Yes – I’m using the Enfold Child Theme and have the blog page set to “Blog”. I’m pretty sure all of the settings in the “Reading” panel are set to default.
you can feel free to close it
That solved it – I just couldn’t figure out what the css rules were to replicate special heading “Modern” but it turns out they were quite simple. Thanks guys
Good news! I finally launched the website so I can stop giving the support team expiring links :) Here is the url of the live site: https://linseedstudio.com/ Thanks!
Hi, sorry Victoria I dropped off for a while. Here is the current live link: http://053d33f6.ngrok.io/icon-design-trends-to-watch-for-in-2018/ Please make sure the “s” is taken off of “https” in url

The first post worked for me – thanks so much!
Jesus, disregard that last reply that says “latest link”, it’s incorrect (I would delete it but I don’t see how). The site is still at https://cad031b5.ngrok.io/?post_type=product. I hope someone can help me solve this before I lose my mind :) It’s just frustrating making sure the latest live link is the right one for you to go to – no one’s fault though.
