Hello,
Just wondering if we can expect a reply anytime soon? thank you.
Hello,
We have tested it out on our iphone 6 and none of the menu is clickable now. I will have to remove this because this site is currently live and needs to be accessed.
Is there another solution? This did not work.
Much appreciated.
Sorry that pw didn’t update, here is the new one.
Just tried again. Please let me know if you receive it.
Hello,
Login info has been sent. Just want to reiterate:
Permission for plugins: No. Please do not deactivate plugins as these are security and backup. There are only two so these should not be touched.
Hi Rikard,
I put the code in but this did not change anything. The mobile nav still disappears and the click state still acts as though you can click this menu item (i.e it highlights in green and then the mobile nav disappears even though it is a deadlink)
Hi Andy,
This seems to have placed an img but the sizing and positioning are not correct. Is there a way I can control the size?

Hello,
Just checking to see if there is any update on this?
This has been resolved.
Perfect! this worked. thank you.
Hi @Rikard
Unfortunately, it seems to be a device sensitive issue. The client reported it working on a blackberry but none of us have been able to get it to work on an iphone 6. Can I please re-open this as we need this resolved? I have a video of what it is doing if you need one.
Disabling plug-ins did not work.
I re-built the blog with the builder and that seemed to have worked. Thank you!
Hello,
Definitely understandable, I appreciate the feedback. We were just trying to look for an alternate solution.
I will try with Layout builder though, so thank you!
Hello,
Is a plug in my only option? I would like to avoid adding more plugins that as these can get hacked easily. Could there be an alternate solution, is there maybe a reason why only one would show comments and the rest be okay? Just trying to see my options here. Thanks
We actually had someone else look at it and they said it was fine, I believe he was using an iphone5 to check it. We are going to just leave as is, but I would suggest looking into this issue.
Thanks anyway!
Yes this worked, thank you!
Thank you for this, it worked!
Thank you for the response!
Hi, sorry for the late reply but I ended up figuring it out. Thanks anyway!
Hello!
Thank you for replying, I actually figured it out… I ended up using the Fullwidth Easy Slider using an img uploaded with the dimensions 1500×430 and settings:
Featured (1500×430)
Yes, stretch image (My first impression with this setting would be distortion with the original image selected, but I now realized the ‘stretch’ just meant scaling to fit the width of the browser and not actually ‘stretching’ the image, which would distort it)This seems to have worked well and is achieving what I want. But now, I am finding that the 430 height is a bit too narrow and the 630 height is a bit too large. Any way I can change it to 530px instead to achieve a happy medium? Thanks for the help!
