Take a look here, a video will probably explain better the problem. Chrome’s IPad view emulator does not have this bug. Only real IPads do have.
Unfortunately I don’t think that is related in any way to the problem I am experiencing. Look at the following screenshots, the sharper ones are taken with “request mobile version” enabled… if I disable the option I get that blurry mess.

Yes, i recently updated Enfold to the latest version. It caused lots of problems, i used to have a child theme. I removed the child theme now, though. Now to add functions to the theme’s functions.php i use a plugin called code snippets.
Of course the lightbox is checked in enfold options. I just tried to disable and re-enable it and it didn’t fix anything.

I disabled the lazy loading just to see if it was it’s fault, it didnt work when it was enabled too. Please could you read my messages?
I asked for your help 8 days ago, and you still gave me no answer. I am waiting for your reply to continue the work for my client because your product is bugged, and it’s not my fault. I need your assistance.
So i disabled the child theme and moved my functions to a plugin called code snippets… i came to the conclusion that:
– lightbox not working correctly was not related to the child theme since it is still bugged
– images are still not loading
– the ipad image scaling bug happens when image is set to be “fixed” instead of parallax, and it happens only when the ipad requests desktop page! this happens also in one of your demo sites (https://kriesi.at/themes/enfold-freelancer/).. just try to open it with an ipad pro in portrait mode.And i just found out a new one… if you click on an image from a gallery (by the way the gallery actually works) when you are not logged in, it does not open the lightbox. Instead it opens the image file! Try at the attached link when you are not logged in to the site:

I just disabled lazy loading plugins and minifications plugins, i enabled devloping mode on cloudflare and cleaned every cache. Problem still persists.
In the private content box i attached you the link to a blog post containing an image.Plus, i found out some other problems:
– i am having problems (this time only on IPad) with other images not appearing as background in row grids, i attached the page too.
– i am having problems (also this seems to happen only on IPad) with images scaling very badly in color sections at the top of the page, and in fullwidth slider in the home.. attached links to this too
– this may not be related, the hamburger menu did not show up at resolutions that made the top menu bar overlap on the website logo, it looked very bad but i fixed it with a code that forces hamburger menu to show up at higher resolutions. It’s fixed, but i wanted to let you know.
Overall the theme seems very broken since last update, i don’t remember it to be so broken before updating to latest version

Plus, as you can see in the video, the images are loaded in a top to bottom way. Before uploading images to wordpress i compressed and saved them in progressive format on photoshop. Why then enfold uses baseline thumbnails? Progressive images should load straight away, but at a lower resolution first. Baseline load from top to bottom and looks ugly, if i am correct

Provided private info. Right now the popup is set to open a new page, you can try and build a popup and put inside it the event calendar enfold widget/element.. it just does not work

An offtopic question:
When i press with one finger the google map on mobile, it becomes darker, revealing the white diagonal sections borders color. How to prevent this? Can this be done using only css?
